McDonald's — Restaurant in Cape Charles

I would give negative stars if I could. This location is a health hazard!! I attempted to place an order via the kiosk since no one was standing at the counter. The #7 is a 2 cheeseburger meal. This is not an option on the kiosk- but the double cheeseburger is listed under "meals." I chose double cheeseburger, and there wasn't an option for fries or drink. I decided I would try to place my order at the counter. There was one employee running the drive thru and several other employees walking around. One employee was fulfilling orders and calling out order numbers at the counter. She looked at me several times but kept on doing what she was doing. A couple of employees in the back were having a burping contest and laughing. 🙄 Since I was still waiting to be acknowledged, I asked the one who was fulfilling orders of I could please place an order. I described what happened at the kiosk. She said they don't have a double cheeseburger meal, but she knows the kiosk says they do. I explained I was hoping for the 2 cheeseburger meal, but it's not on the kiosk. She took the rest of the order, and she gave me the cups to get our drinks. There was no ice in the soda machines, so my husband let someone know. A few moments later, a very disheveled young man whose shirt was covered in grease and whatever else comes wheeling out 3 buckets of ice. He comments to my husband that they've been waiting a very long time for the management to fix the ice makers in the machines, but no one takes care of it. Then, to our shock- we look at the buckets he has filled with ice and is pouring into the machines. One bucket was labeled "Ice." One bucket was labeled "Frozen Fries, " and the third bucket was labeled "SOILED TOWELS. " 🤯🤮 This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately!!! Waited in drive through for over 15 minutes before anyone address me an when they did I mentioned that I was in line for over 15 minutes, the drive through cashier said we are busy and you can leave. I said excuse you where is your customer service, she kept talking mess and I asked for her manager and the manager was not any better. After saying hi an how can she help, I proceeded to tell her how her employee was disrespectful, she said she can help, never acknowledge my concern of her rude employee. I told her my order an asked for courtesy fries she didn't acknowledge not even to my order, I had to say hello an then she asked again for my order. She proceeded to say she is helping another customer, that was after she ignore me, she didn't ask me to hold on while she help another customer which was another customer that was waiting for ever in line.
