Culver’s — Restaurant in Cape Coral

To start this is not the first time I have been to this Culver’s. First time was okay. Second time they put a penny size dot of ketchup on my sandwich and no lettuce tomato onions or pickles as requested. They went again and asked for the same sandwich same way and again the same result. When I went up to ask I took my sandwich with me to tell them that this is what occurred and that it was the second time. Showed them the sandwich. The counter server asked the back line for LTO and pickles one of the tithed counter servers asked why? The young man told her that the customer didn’t get what they requested when they ordered. They placed the lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles on the side, which was not a problem, however, they gave me one piece of tomato three pickles has a head of lettuce and a piece of onion they did give me a couple packs of mayonnaise and a pack of ketchup. Again, this is the second time this happened to me the first time we came here it was really good but the store is going down the tubes. The food is horrible and service being questioned in the way the counter server did did not make the experience...

Charge you for sauces even if you get a side of fries or onion rings. I get extra, but I’m not allowed 1 dipping sauce? And then I was told one total at the initial order and when I went to pay it went up so I asked her what changed? And she was confused and I explained that the price from the screen to window went up. She realized she just misspoke, which is perfectly ok. I was just curious. And then a tall young man with longer brown hair proceeded to keep making jokes “oh, she was about to throw hands at you!” “She was about to beat you up” um excuse me? All I asked, in a calm voice, was what changed with the order total? This isn’t the first time, the last time I ordered a kids meal and when I saw the screen was an adult meal, I corrected him and said I had ordered a kids meal and he said “No, you didn’t! Have come to this location many times over the years and have always had positive experiences. However, over the last couple months a larger girl with blue hair has been taking orders through the drive through. On more than one occasion she has been rude and dismissive while actively attempting to argue with customers over the drive through. Its shocking to me that she is on the microphone when every other employee I have ever had an experience at this location has been overwhelmedingly positive and respectful. I don’t believe she should be fired but moved to a place where she could have limited interactions with customers. P.S. I don’t believe Ive ever left a Google review before but this lady has had her terrible attitude everytime she has worked the microphone and I cant help but...
