Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Cape Coral

im not surprised this DQ has a bad rating they just do not care. Today 11/21/15, I went to this store when I pulled up to the drive through a lady said "what do you need" as I started to order my food the lady said wait and did not come back for about five minutes. I placed my order pulled to the window I paid for my order and my food was shoved into my window my order was a flamethrower and a oreo shake the lady at the window knew what was going on due to the stupid smirk she had on her nasty face after I arrived home and went through the the bag as I was drinking my shake I looked in the bottom of the cup after it was almost finished and realized the bottom was full of oreo cookie but it looked like they dumped the ending of the bag into the bottom of my cup so it looked like mud the sandwich was a different sandwich they had pre made and just added the sauce and it only had one pattie on it and it had onions (the flamethrower sandwich does not come with onions) so I knew that it was a fact of being a pre made sandwich the bread and the lettuce was soggy and the tomatoe looked rotten. I live down the road from this dq and I will never visit again this is the third time something like this has happened in this Nasty disgusting filthy store the bottom line is that they don't care please do not go to this store you will not be happy.... I'm not sure how they...

I agree with justin anderson, this DQ is greatly inferior to the DQ on Pine Island Road. I received poor service in the drive thru. I arrived at the window and forgot to order a milkshake, so the lady told me I shouldn't order it at the window because there was a line of cars behind me. I felt like I was a criminal simply for forgetting one small item from my order.

Then I tried to remind her that I had added a cheeseburger to my order, and she again chastised me by stating that there was a line of cars behind me, and I shouldn't add things. I informed her that I had already ordered the cheeseburger and wanted to make sure I received it. She handed me my food, assuring me that the cheeseburger was in the bag. After I drove away, she screamed at me to come back.

Thanks to an incompetent employee I had to reverse my car—almost striking the car behind me, and causing them to lay on their horn—to retrieve the cheeseburger that she swore to me, she PROMISED me, that I was given.

Is it Dairy Queen's policy to tell the customer they are not allowed to add items to their order after they arrive at the window? If that is so, then I strongly disagree with it. I will never go back to that location again. I will drive a little farther to the Pine...

My 6 year old and I had a lovely late lunch/dinner together there the other day. We absolutely love their chicken tenders and fries- they can be a little pricey but they are so good. We got the 6 piece combo and substituted the toast for extra fries and split it between the two of us. The staff was extremely friendly and made the experience even better. I love the DQ app for their great deals and I can't wait until this location starts the scan for points and rewards on the app. But they had a great deal on the app when we went and after our yummy dinner we were able to use the deal of buy one blizzard get another any size for 0.99 cents so I got my favorite large Georgia mud fudge blizzard and my daughter was able to get her delicious large cookies and cream blizzard for 0.99 cents.

The app is always popping up with new deals too so I definitely recommend checking it out.
