I am giving this Dominos five stars based solely on Erik Wood. I have lived in the cape for almost a year now. I live a few block from this store and have ordered from them countless times. I always order mild wings with ranch along with a couple of pizzas. I used to ask for extra cheese and I always emphasize on the EXTRA part. After never getting extra cheese I started asking for triple cheese. I always let them know that I don't care about the cost, I just want an excessive amount of cheese. Well, that never worked either and still I received the same amount of cheese when asking for triple cheese as when I asked for extra or normal. I was slightly saltly so I took my business else where. Last week I decided "what the heck,let's given them another chance." When I called I was so kindly greeted by a guy named Erik. After explaining my past expiriences to him and telling him all I want is triple cheese on one, extra cheese and sausage on another, and of course my mild wings with ranch not only did he apologize for the past just like everyone else, he assured me he would make sure this time was different. His phone skills were amazing and far better than previous phone calls I have had with this location. At the end he let me know that he personally would deliver my pizza, and I was welcome to inspect it before he left. Sure enough about 20 minutes later Erik was at my door. The pizza was everything I have been wanting since I moved here. He truly went above and beyond for us. As a businees owner, I am aware of the customer service and hispitality it takes to thrive. I would litterally hire this man for my own company. The fact that he took matters into his own hands, took my order, apologized on behalf of everyone else, made my pizza correctly, and delivered it personally was truly incredible to me. His work ethic was phenomenal. Thank you Erik for providing me with the best service possible. In fact, because of you I am ordering from Dominos again tonight. Read moreThese guys always do right by me! I’ve never been disappointed... my pizza is usually always hot and fresh. There’s been a few times where I can tell that I’m second or third on the delivery route; but for the most part, they’re on point with delivering my pizza hot, fresh and on time. Most of the employees I’ve met are super nice and I’ve never hesitated to give them 20% or more on their tip. There is one dude that just sets the order down in front of my door and walks away. He knows that he’s been tipped already cus I usually pay with a credit card and the app allows the tip to be added while the order is being placed. Because of this, I try to have a cash tip available because I find it very impersonal when the food is just left on the ground and the delivery person doesn’t even wait to see if the customer is home and is receiving the order. He’s usually in his car and driving off by the time I open my door. In such a case, I’m ok with tipping cash because this way the guy would have to wait until I open my door to receive his tip. I find this to be better customer service and it gives me a chance to see the person who was just handling my food. I can also tip more or less depending on their professionalism and promptness in getting my order here while it’s still hot and fresh. Read moreI have used the app several times before, they have always delivered in record time and no issues. This evening they must be being run by an incompetent manager. They delivered to the wrong address. They called me and left a voicemail,l saying they went to the address on file, when I called the number back nobody answered. When I called the store they said the food was sitting on the heat rack and they would have to recharge my card and could send it back out. First of all who wants food that's been sitting. Second of all I have to deal with 2 charges on my card and wait 3-5 business days for one of the charges to be removed. In addition to it all the manager would not come to the phone. They also would not give their name, so I could know who to report to the General Manager at the store. I don't know if they are going through turnover and dealing with new employees or disgruntled employees. Either way this was not how to handle the situation. If Domino's can't handle getting the addresses correct then they may not be able to handle contactless anymore. At the end of the day I am not going to have them charge my card again just to have them deliver food that has been sitting. I recommend any other pizza...
