The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy and upscale, making it an ideal spot for both casual drinks and special occasions.

The service is always top-notch. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. The menu constantly evolves, introducing exciting new dishes while maintaining a standard of excellence. We’ve never had a bad meal, but one standout was the cheese wheel we shared on Valentine’s Day an indulgent, beautifully presented dish that was as delicious as it was memorable.

My wife and I visited The Cashew Lounge for Father's Day after seeing it featured on WNEP Home and Backyard. We really wanted to try the Fried Burrata because it looked and sounded so good. We weren't disappointed, it was delicious. Our server, Kathy, was amazing. She made suggestions to help us decide on drinks and our food. We had the Fried Burrata, French Onion Soup, Bourbon Peach Pork Chop, and the Smoked Brisket special. Everything was delicious. We also had Creme Brulee and Banana Cookie Cheesecake that were amazing. The dining area is modern and open, with a really nice outdoor seating area as well with beautiful hanging plants. The Cashew Lounge is a refreshing addition to the Carbondale area. It has an elegant lounge feel, amazing food and spirits, without the stuffy pretentious vibe or price tag of traditional Fine Dining establishments. It’s great for parties , families, couples, or a night out with friends!

As far as the menu, my favorites would be the Gnocchi, which I add pan grilled shrimp; the Burrata-a decadent fresh mozzarella cheeseball finished with a zesty vodka sauce; and the Chicken Parmesan - which is as delicious as it is plentiful! If you like something lighter, the Fish Tacos and Crab Cakes are too on my list! The menu also changes seasonally, so I’m excited to see some new additions for this summer!
