Pizzaville USA Carencro — Restaurant in Carencro

I realize this is Louisiana and pizza is not a big thing here,vs the east coast. My first time there,and I tried the everything pizza and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks had the cheese fried out of the breaded crust and was left with just breaded crust.

The pizza came and I tried two slices and looked and it did not have sauce on the crust. I showed the server who was very nice and she agreed it was not right and offered to have it remade. I asked if I could just get some sauce to dip the pizza in and try it that way. She said sure. The sauce was not a real good tomato based sauce it lacked a balance of Italian seasonings. The server did come back and asked how is it and I said it's okay but not that good. I gave it a chance. I only ate 3 slices and as much as I hate to waste food,I left it on the table. But $35 for a medium pizza and cheese sticks ?? The server had no problem charging full price for it. Pizza is the cheapest food to make . But it was only a one time visit. I’d like to start off by saying all three trips I experienced the same thing. Poor service, in different ways each time. This last visit the waitress told my wife to have patience. (We were very courteous each trip) I wanted to give them the benefit of maybe having an off night. Without boring you with the details I will not be eating here again. The food and atmosphere are great but if I’m going to be treated subpar I will be taking my business elsewhere. Communication is key in the service industry and the staff needs to learn how to talk to and inform their customers. sighs I can only hope this place gets better in both the service realm and food realm. Service was very slow and forgot pineapples on a Hawaiian pizza. The cheese pizza was quite greasy. The supreme really didn't even have a taste. You would think it should but just very bland. If we wouldn't have picked the jalapenos off, then we would have tasted that because boy were they spicey. But hey, some people like that. It's definitely not a first choice of pizza places for me in the area. Like I said though, I hope for...
