This is, by far, the most ghetto burger king that I have ever experienced. Every time that I come to this location, there's a problem.
This morning, 5/29/24, I pulled up to place an order, and no one answered for about 7-8 minutes. When they finally decided to say something, it was to tell me that they were not open right now. I asked what time they opened, and she told me that they weren't open right now. I let her know that I heard that, but I wanted to know what time are you supposed to open. She finally told me 6am, but they were running late and weren't open right now. It was so unprofessional.
On another occasion, I ordered an original chicken sandwich and was told that they weren't cooking chicken. So I asked if this was something that only this location is doing. The girl got upset and told me to just order my sandwich.
Every time I come here, I'm told to back up once I reach the window and then pull back forward. I'm not quite sure why this happens every time, but it is pretty annoying.
For this to be a fast food restaurant, there's nothing fast about it. I've been late to work before dealing with these ppl. I ordered a combo that took 27 minutes to come out. This is completely unacceptable, as there was no explanation for the delay. I literally could've gone and sat down and ordered my food at a restaurant and received it in similar or less time.

Read moreArrived at 8:32 P.M. and got my order at . No one ever came to the speaker at the drive thru. So I pulled to the window. They acted as if I was bothering them. I gave my order and she took my card, ran it and the handed it back. No words ever said. Now sitting at the window and watching the laughter going on inside while cars are lined up waiting on food in front of me parked, and people still waiting at the speaker. At 8:53 p.m. I finally got my order. Again my order was handed to me without anything said. No thank you, nothing. I would like to say this was a one time thing, but it,s not. It,s every time I decide to go there. There is no manners or accountability. You would think that if the speaker was broke, someone would have hung a sign saying to please pull around, but instead they didn't do anything but let people sit and become frustrated. I wish I knew who to contact about this but no numbers are on the windows, and no one speaks to you at the window so nothing will be corrected. I have never in my life wrote a review for anything, and I am a very patient person who tries to give the benefit to every person I come in contact with, but this is enough. Burger King needs to make big changes on its staff and who they hire. Hire people who want to work! As far as for me, I'm done with this franchise. Read moreAbsolutely one of the worst BK experiences of my life. I'm 30 years old and worked BK in Breaux Bridge when I was 15. I'm sure much has not changed. I know for sure that hollering and screaming at employees in front of all the lobby customer's is a big no no. Catching attitude with customers is a huge no no. Well Miss Chastity Hall at the Carencro BK needs to find a new job. AND WHAT I REALLY MEAN IS FIRED! I arrived when no one was in the lobby with my 7 and 3 year old. We made our order and sat down to wait. 15 minutes later 2 more customers have come in, ordered and received their meals all the while we are still waiting and Miss Chasity is screaming at other employees and catching attitude with customers. I had enough and asked for a manager and a refund. I then asked the manager if they allow their employees to talk to customers in such a manner. I was told it would be taken care of. I received my refund and go out and begin to load my children in the truck when Miss Chasity comes out the door and exclaimes, "Come kill me how" I've since called BK corporate and I'm currently waiting to receive a call back from the franchise owner.
