Zeus — Restaurant in Carencro

Another local business that I have to break up with. I've always been a HUGE fan of Zeus/Subway in Carencro. Eating there a few times every week. Today, is the 2nd time I ordered from the app and my food was delivered missing items. The first time, when I called subway, I was told they had no control over Doordash. When I asked for a number to call Doordash, I was told they didn't have one. Today, my chips were missing AGAIN. I called the Doordash driver and he said thay he speaks no English and hung up on me. I called Subway and spoke to the assistant manager and she tried blaming a new employee then Doordash. I asked if Subway was paid for the food and she confirmed that it was but said the Doordash driver gets a tip so they should make sure all of my food is bagged. Really?!?!? If a business chooses to partner with Doordash to deliver their food, they should have more interest in making sure that their customers get what they PAY for. I'll drive to the Subway on Louisiana Avenue from now on before I return to the Carencro location. The lack of customer care nowadays truly...

My experience was horrible. I eat a Zeus in Lafayette almost everyday. I am a type 1 diabetic and the chicken fits my diabetic low carb keto diet. I order the same thing everyday and always have so the price is always the same. Today I got chargers for a full pound of chicken and only received a quarter pound and when I went back they refused to give me my correct order or money back. To make things worse when I get home I found out that they charged me 8$ more than I signed the receipt for. When I called to complain and either get correct amount of food or money back they refused to comply and I am now calling the Carencro Police tomorrow and goin to store. I am also reporting to better business bureau and blasting with friends and family on every social media site. Please save your time and money and drgo somewhere...

I absolutely love Zeus. However, this location the service is horrible. Last two times I've went there, I've had issues with my order. The first incident I ordered the spicy chicken wrap meal, and asked for extra hummus on the side. They charged me for extra hummus, and didn't give me my salad. The guy that was helping me, was rude, arguing with me and trying to tell me I didn't order salad! If i ordered the meal that comes with hummus and salad, and order extra hummus on side, why would I not have my salad?! He literally argued with me until I demanded to speak with a manager.

Tried again last week, the young girl at the window gave my order to the vehicle in front of me. Gave me the wrong change, and the wrap was disgusting.

I left my number and requested to have a manager contact me, but I knew they would not...
