Flavored Sneaux — Restaurant in Carencro

I stopped by to get a snowball, and I passed up the first window and went to the second. I apologized because the first window was closed, and I assumed they were serving at the second window. It took about three minutes or so for them to even acknowledge me. I'm not sure why, I was only one in the drive-thru. I stated I only wanted a small snowball, and I was paying with cash. I was told verbatim, "I had to drive around because there was no register on that side." Mind you, this place is literally the size of a jail cell. I'm sure if you stretch your arms out, you would be able to reach the register regardless of what side you are on. When I looked up to go around, which made absolutely no sense, there were about 6 cars in line. No thanks, I'll go elsewhere. What really was the deal breaker for me is when you are leaving, the pavement is so uneven and high that you can tear your car up underneath if you are not careful. First and foremost, this is my first experience by recommendation to try this place. I pulled up and waited. Not that I'm complaining about the wait, I’m mad at the fact the young lady at the window is not friendly. This is the first person you see to represent the establishment and the customer service is beyond me. I even called and spoke to the owner to explain in further detail about my encounter. I even told her I would write a review, for one is not what you say but how you say it. This is the only place I will go for a sno ball. In my opinion, they have the best process for shaving ice as the sno balls have a soft uniform texture that holds every flavor so much better than some of the other places I have visited in the past. They have a ton of flavors, and each one that I have tasted so far has been amazing. I typically only go for the sno balls, but once you get there and see the many food options, it's kind of hard to fight the temptation.
