Burger king is one of the only fast food places I will eat and every single time I think no I’ll just stop it can’t be as bad as last time I swear it’s worse than the last time. If I could give -star review I would. Today there’s like 8 ppl in drive through the line had not moved at all in 6 mins so I thought I would go in. I’m glad I did cause what I seen I will not return for awhile. The younger girl up front was trying her hardest and she was pretty decent at her job but just ONE person cannot just be good at the job that poor girl took about 5 orders still jumped to get the food help the drive through, she tried so hard communicating with the people putting burgers together that were not being marked. And just being all flung into the same pile of food. She puts her hand on her head and tries to compose herself. Continues over to fries and she works so hard at salting the fresh fries and separating the old fries that were on the front of the counter in front of the fry bin and nicely scoops them into the trash. As SOON as she walks away an older woman comes to the front where the fries are and reaches in with the scoop and starts scraping the back lip of the fry station which you could tell were some yucky looking fries right into the fresh ones and mixed them around. Cancels out the first girls work completely and for no reason she didn’t even do anything with those fries just walked away. We will always strive to be perfect and I realize after reading all of our reviews that there have been some mistakes from my team over these 3 years. Once again I truely apologize to those of you that had negative experiences, I'd love to get another try with you! To address a few things though, the reason we can't cut sandwiches in half is honestly a serve safe reason, any burger king that is doing this should not be and we will continue to follow serve safe because we must ensure that your food is not compromised in any way that could harm you however I apologise for this inconvenience to those of you who want this. I also can ensure that we follow strict hand washing protocol as a matter a fact our health inspection reports are always viewable to the public and I'm sure you would be rather impressed by just how clean we truely are. Read moreWe went to this restaurant on Saturday night a little before 9 pm, not realizing that they closed at 9 pm. We placed an order at the drive through and were told that we would need to go back through the drive through for additional family members to use their coupons. We made it clear that wasn't a problem and we would drive back through. They said "okay" and we drove around after paying for the first order. When we got back to the speaker we were told that they were, "closing in 20 seconds" and that they had already turned their fryers off and had no fries. They basically refused to serve us any more food and we had to then figure out how to feed the remaining people in our family. The service was so poor, and then when we looked in the bags we realized the 3 fry boxes had hardly any fries in them, and they were cold. Tonight when I called to complain about the food and service, or lack thereof, I was told by Shelby that she would talk to the GM but there is nothing else she can do other than talk to the employees as well.
