Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Carlisle

I use to love coming to this location, then I started going to another when they got a bit lazy sadly with their food, I use to come weekly, and they knew me so I was pretty disappointed when on the last visit the worker turned the blizzard upside down, and back upright again like they normally do (which I still don't get why they do that), and it was so soft it went all over my window, good thing my window was broken so I had to keep the door open, so it didn't get inside the car, but I asked if she could make me one that wasn't so runny, and she said to let her ask and I said ok no problem, and she comes back and hands it right back to me and said she can't make it any different because blizzards are suppose to be a soft texture, and I said no it isn't soft when you get ice cream on my window, that's to runny, and the manager came and wasn't caring to hear any of it, and said the same thing to me, that they always been that way which was weird since I went there weekly for years, and it was perfect every single time. And never got an apology, I just ended up throwing it away. :/ They also put way to much mustard and ketchup on your burger, so I use to ask for light ketchup, and light mustard, and it still was literally dripping down my sandwich it would make the bun soggy, so needless to say I haven't been back since...

I ordered a samall extra chocolate shake at the 490 Central Ave. Carlisle,Oh. today. Took forever to get it at the snails pace things were moving. Clerk stuck her fingers down in the shake cup. The prep table was covered in toppings and half black banana chunks. Not to mention the flies..Omg! I never left the counter area. I asked for my money back, but the heavy set female Mgr said ,"We don't give refunds!' I mentioned all the flies, but again, denial of responsibility, snapping at me that there was nothing she could do. I guess not when you're that lazy. I'm calling the Health Dept in the morning. Unorganized staff, dirty conditions, then I was scolded when I was given a remake, which I tried to decline earlier. Wouldn't have cost you a 1 Star review if you had just been polite, and not so filthy, which all could have been avoided. I...

Your manager Paige was rude & not very professional. Tried to stare me down because we told them the pop was not good. Too acidy. Then went out & tested it walked over to the the cashier & said tastes like pop to me! You know the customer is always right to an extent. But for yr manager to try & stare me down & make the remark she did in front of all the customers waiting in line is not professional at all. Have been going to the new one on Route 4 in West Chester Township. Blew yr place out of the water. Won't be back & wish I wouldn't have taken my sister & daughter in law there boasting how good it is! Jokes on me! Why don't you hire an adult as a manager...
