Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Carlisle

We stopped here about 2 or 3 weeks ago. The guy was very nice as to describing everything I asked about. He made a silly mistake (pressed bell peppers on my mom's hot dog instead of hot peppers lol), but he came out right away &asked what the correction was. He kindly &patiently waited outside my door until I opened the door. When he brought out our food, he asked if we wanted onions on the same hot dog &he literally ran back &forth trying to get our order out. He was very kind to me by his gestures &getting our order corrected as soon as possible. I wish I caught his name because we were just passing through. I think he had kinda long dirty blonde hair, a black hat, black skater shoes, &drives a gray dodge charger. He parked next to us on his smoke break as we were getting ready to leave. sonic usually is very good, and the people working are generally very nice. if you’re looking for that, DONT COME to this sonic. our car hop was very rude to us when we pointed out we were missing a side for one of our combos and never brought the side out to us. We ordered three cheeseburgers, one single, two double. all with different toppings. none came out properly. I ordered a side of chili cheese tots and they came out with no chili. For the two sides of chili cheese tots we got, they gave us spoons instead of forks. absolutely ridiculous. the food was subpar, even for sonic. this experience was the worst i’ve ever had. i wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who wants a good burger and good customer service. if i could give less than one star i...

Took forever. Had 3 other people walk up to order who received their food before me. I thought ok I ordered a chicken sandwich so they had to cook it. 5 or 6 cars got their orders. Had a trucker walk back to fix his order and a lady come back to collect the rest of hers. This is over 30 minutes. They were not busy by any means. Finally the girl gets my order and it takes her 7 minutes just to get me ketchup and my change which she never even offered me back. I had a chicken sandwich that I threw half the chicken away because it was fried to oblivion. He had a double cheeseburger that was dry and he tossed it halfway in the trash.
