8/31/24 7:30PM I was leaving Carlsbad and on my way home decided to grab a quick bite. This shop caught my eye so I decided to stop. Unfortunately I didn't get to try their food. I waited over 20 minutes with no update on my order from the girl at the counter. She approached the table beside me to clean it and did not bother to provide an update on my order. I decided to head to the counter and ask for the status on my order. They had not even began to prepare it. Several customers arrived later than I did and were served their food. All the girl could say was "it was my fault." I asked for a refund on my food and left. My order was a turkey and avocado sandwich. I came in with high hopes, but unfortunately left with nothing but a Guava Jarritos which I grabbed on my own from their coolers. I don't think I will be...

The food here was GREAT! Stopped here mostly by accident after turning into the wrong parking lot, but I couldn't be happier we did.

My tuna, avocado, and Sprouts sandwich was delicious. My husband really enjoyed his bacon, turkey and avocado sandwich. Be both got mediums and will have them for dinner too!

They have a wonderful selection of Mexican Pastries. The TINIEST suggestion I might make is to label the pastries... we picked a couple that looked good (and they were wonderful) but I have no idea what they were!

A (perhaps unexpected) word about fruit: After being on the road for several days we were craving some fresh produce, and the menu indicated you could buy a small or large order of fruit. We asked for a large fruit and thought it would be a few bites for each of us (family of 4). Nope! It was approximately one metric ton of fresh pineapple, watermelon, mango, jicama, honeydew, and cantaloupe. They gave us tajin and chamoy for it.
