As a frequent pho enthusiast, I regret to say that my experience at Pho Central was deeply disappointing. The restaurant operates on a pay-first model, which eliminates any semblance of traditional table service. Unfortunately, I found myself regretting my decision to tip upfront before receiving any service. The egg rolls (#6) were underwhelming, with a mass-produced taste that suggested they were previously frozen rather than freshly made in-house. The accompanying dipping sauce was watered down and lacked flavor, and the portion of lettuce provided was minimal. The pho special combo (#8) was especially disappointing. The broth was extremely bland, with an off-putting taste reminiscent of poor-quality tap water. The meat portion was alarmingly small and paper-thin, while the noodles were clumped together, making them difficult to separate and enjoy. To add to the frustration, the restaurant only provided a single tiny packet each of hoisin and sriracha sauce, along with a flimsy disposable spoon, despite dining in. Overall, this was one of the least enjoyable pho experiences I’ve ever had. The quality of the food and the lack of attention to detail left me questioning how this establishment remains in business. If you’re a true fan of pho, I recommend exploring other options. Pho Central, unfortunately, does not live up to expectations.

- The restaurant’s layout is nice, clean. They have some high tables and chairs like in the bar. The space is not big enough for everyone sitting inside the restaurant. But there is a public eating area nearby, which is cool, comfortable with beautiful view… - Special Phở: taste good! - Phở gà: ok. - Other dishes (especially broken rice looks good), we have not any chance to try those. - Our group has 4 vegetarians, who ordered 4 Pho Tofu with vegetables. The taste was not really “phở”, more like “hủ tíu”… - Staffs and owner are nice, service is fast! - Public restroom, but clean! Recommended to everyone: you should try Vietnamese dishes at this restaurant ( especially Special Pho), before going to SeaWorld ( 2 miles away) for a whole day visit!

About 1.5 years new. Great location & esthetically photogenic. Just came here for the Pho, it was just perfect. The kind owner even blessed me with a on the house cold coconut H2O bev. For the sake of a fair review. All in all the location & open concept w the NBA playoffs w my Washington DC wizards is definitely the vibe woopin the Celtics. 🤭 definitely coming back for more good food at a very reasonable price & most of all for the good vibes. Highly recommend. Eatings greetings

Title: Best Pho in Town – A Must-Try Gem!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pho Central, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best pho spots I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for an incredible dining experience.

The star of the show was, of course, the pho. The broth was absolutely perfect—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with love and care. It had the kind of depth that comes from hours of slow simmering, with just the right balance of spices. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the generous portion of fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños elevated the dish even further.

I tried the tofu veggie and banh mi and BOBA TEA, and every bite was pure comfort. The meat was tender and perfectly seasoned, melting in my mouth with every spoonful.

Beyond the pho, the menu had plenty of other tempting options. I also tried the fresh spring rolls and a Vietnamese iced coffee, both of which were excellent complements to the meal.

The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and quick without feeling rushed. The staff made sure everything was just right and even offered recommendations for first-timers.

Overall, pho central is an absolute gem for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Whether you’re a pho connoisseur or trying it for the first time, this place is sure to impress. I’ll definitely be...

The place was nice and clean and the people were nice.

We dined in to have the Pho Dac Biet, what we normally get at any Pho shop, and the broth is not flavorful at all. The serving size of the meat was so little and the bean sprouts/basil sides was lacking also in serving size. I should have known when the hoisen sauce and Sriracha bottles were no where to be seen, and only available in the small packets, which they only gave one packet of each. I had to ask for more and even then they only gave one package of each.

We also ordered take-out for our family back at the hotel and ordered the Vermicelli with Grilled pork and egg roll, and the meat was good, but the sauce it came with was very watered down.

We ordered the Banh MI with grilled pork and the serving size for the meat was very small. The bread was good, but the filling was not enough not as good as the grilled pork in the Vermicelli.

The last item we had was the Thai Tea and it was overly sweet, I couldn't finish it.

We have had pho in many places across California and the US, in Vietnam, Singapore, the Philippines and Australia, so I don't know if our flavor standards are just different, but we were very disappointed.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but we went here due to the high rating and it did not live up...
