Quite possibly the best pho I have had in the metro Indy area. Visited a friend after her procedure and unexpectedly had lunch at the hospital. Not only was I impressed that the building even had a cafe since it's a smaller facility, but that it served authentic Vietnamese food. We ordered the Tofu veggies and Chicken veggies pho. Delicious , hot broth and loaded with veggies! Best kept secret if you're craving pho in the HamCo area in a hospital building of all places! Good authentic Vietnamese food. Banh-mi was good. I ordered both the pork and the special one. Just be careful of the jalapeño. But taste wise, they’re delicious. Same with the pork vermicelli salad. Though, I was expecting the sauce to be the regular Vietnamese fish sauce, but this one comes with a peanut sauce. Good, just different than what I’m used to. Price was very reasonable. You would never guess that this kind of good food would be found in the Spring Mill Surgery Center. The banh mi is well seasoned and satisfied my craving for Vietnamese food. The shrimp spring rolls were delicious and the peanut sauce brought it all together. I joked with my wife that I’d take her back here when she’s not getting her colonoscopy 🤣. It was that good.

Three stars for the atmosphere only because it’s in a surgery center with lots of medical professionals...
