No matter what time of day it is (dinner rush or not) the child answering the phone will always say "10-15mins" it'll be ready. Well, when you get there in that time frame, you'll find he's said that for every single customer. This results in the wait being closer to 35-40mins due to the back up. As far as I've seen, it's only one cook in the back. I also asked for the food to be made spicy, which was never done. While standing waiting, the cook was getting frustrated with all the people waiting and started yelling at me for no reason, just because I was standing close to the counter? It was too crowded to sit anywhere else. The food is mid at best. I lived right across the street and could've had my business very frequently, but due to multiple tries and waiting way too long, I'd rather go further away for both better food and way...

The bond I have created with the owners is something very special to me. They are very nice and welcoming to people who donāt antagonize or belittle them due to the communication gap. It takes time for them to come out of their shell.
Due to having food allergies itās very hard to find a Chinese take out to cater to my needs. I have 5+ Food allergies and they take very good care of me when cooking taking many precautions especially during this covid -19 pandemic. Iām so happy to have them back now that Iām home from college.
I recommend this restaurant to anyone, but if youāre a picky eater youāll never...

Went to the store, stood at the counter a good 5 mins before he actually came to the front, he never greeted me, answered the phone first, started to take the person's order then put them on hold, I was trying to tell him what I wanted but he was too busy speaking over me and yelling that I couldn't even get it out. I told him never mind and left. Horrible customer service! If you don't want customers, close your store so someone else with enough sense and customer service skills can open something in that location.
I wouldn't trust someone to cook my food that doesn't even respect me as a patron.
As a bonus, he just opened the store and his clothes were filthy so yea I probably dodged...
