Pizza Sauce — Restaurant in Maryland

It's really annoying when they say my food will be ready for pickup in 20-25 minutes and turns into 40-45 minutes. This has happened many times. How hard is it to cook 20 wings?

One time I placed an order for pickup, and when I went to the store after 30 minutes, The food wasn't ready so I waited 20 minutes and someone finally asked me if I was waiting for someone? To which I answered that I am only waiting for my food, so it turns out they forgot about me completely, The food was ready but it was sitting on the counter and didn't tell me.

Another time I had just arrived at the parking lot 30 minutes after I place the order, only to get a phone call saying they don't have a condiment that I asked for which didn't make that much of a difference for me, but turns out they hadn't even started my food so I had to wait about 15 minutes.

They have too many people goofing off, management needs to do something.

Update 7/3/21: changing from 2 stars to 4 stars. Every business is allowed to have an off day, I have been a regular customer here and for the most part they do very good job, this is the only place I ever order wings from.

Their dessert is very good as well, the chocolate cake is not too sweet but very rich, the carrot cake is super flavorful, and the cheesecake is super thick…only if they offered key lime pie... That's more of a...

Tried the Carney location after have the pizza at a friends house from the Rosedale location because the sauce on the pizza was one of thebest I've had in a while. I ordered online after regestering online because it said you get 25 percent off your 1st order. I ordered the Fusion pizza well done and paid by credit card and noticed I didn't get the 25 percent off and figured the manager would take care of it when I got there to pick it up. I get there and showed the manager I didn't get the 25 pecent off and showed her I had just signed up. She told me I hadn't verified yet but on the line below telling me it weren't verified it also stated I was already verified. She didn't seem to really care and didn't give me a 25percent refund. It really worth debating at that point so I just took the pizza as I already had my card charged. I get home expecting a good pizza as the one I had at my friend from Rosedale was really good but Carney seems to think a well done pizza is burnt not just a good crispbottom pizza and I could hardly even taste any pizza sauce on it. Next time I'll either spot at the Rosedale location or just go to Dominics of Parkville where they know what a well done pizza...

We ordered the crab mac and cheese pizza and broccoli bites... The menu did not mention it, but the crab mac and cheese pizza was delivered with bacon on it. For most people, this may not have been a problem, but my family does not eat pork. The broccoli bites description on the menu says "broccoli and cheddar" these arrived with bacon in them as well. I called the store and the person who answered the phone was more than happy to send out a new pizza with no bacon, when I mentioned the broccoli bites, he assured me there was no way they had any meat in them. I hung up the phone and bit into another one. It definitely had bacon in it. Called the store back, and the same gentleman answered the phone. I explained that these broccoli bites definitely had bacon in them. He told me there was "no way" and that "they come frozen and we just fried them." When I explained that it absolutely had bacon in it, he said, "Nobody else ever called to complain about them having meat in them," and he offered me new broccoli bites.
