The food is delicious. It’s authentic Chinese food! They use a variety of spices in their food and sauces, very lovely. On the downside, I can’t give it five stars because the staff is quite rude. I’ve been here on 4 separate occasions and almost all the time the staff is rude. With the exceptions of one very nice host. I go back for the quality of the food not necessarily the service or their environment. Response: The first time I visited this location was a while, over a year ago. I went for boba tea. When me and my friend walked in we were not greeted, meanwhile there were two workers up front talking. They looked at us and proceeded talking. After finally waiting for over 5 minutes for someone to approach us(no one did) I decided to go up and just place my order. When I went up to the front desk the two workers did not ask for my order but rather “what do you want”. Both workers looked at each other giggled and kept talking the entire time I was trying to give my order. I gave them my order and they continued to act this way with my friend. This similar behavior continued and on my most recent visit our server was also not so kind. I came with another friend and her little sister. Her little sister was sort of overwhelmed with all the menu options so we were hoping our server would elaborate what each dish came with or what meal combinations you could do. He was not informative at all. He just stayed waiting in silence looking at her waiting for her to makeup her mind. Little kids sometimes need clarification and this scenario made her very uncomfortable. What ended up happening is she just made her older sister pick out something for her. This was not the only awkward/ rude encounter with this server. We continued with our order. We ordered some appetizers and our main dish. Halfway through ordering we hadn’t finished our sentence and the server cut us off saying “how much can you guys eat?”. This was a very rude comment because we should feel free to order the amount of food we’d like. His comment came of as he was restricting the portions...
Read moreOrdered delivery. My husband got General Tso's Chicken and Pineapple Fried Rice, I ordered Pad Thai with chicken and Wonton soup to split with my daughter. My Pad Thai was basically a glob of congealed rice noodles with some red sauce on it and a few pieces of chicken underneath. There were no bean sprouts, no distinguishable egg, and I found only a few small pieces of grated carrot after trying to dig threw it for a couple of minutes - but there were peanuts dusted on top and a couple of browning lime wedges on the side. Other than that, it was just a glob of rice noodles. For all of the red coloring it had, however, it had almost no flavor. I ate about 1/5 of it because I was pretty hungry and threw the rest out. My daughter had two bites and refused to eat any more. The Wonton soup had an interesting, fresh flavor and my daughter willingly ate some. I would get the Wonton soup if I ever had to eat here again for some reason. My husband said his was okay but he would rather order from somewhere else next time. He at least held on to his for left overs. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience. I hate to leave a bad review, but there is a lot of room for improvement: Include more vegetables in your dishes; even if it is an order for delivery, work on presentation. The photo you use of Pad Thai dish on your website's home page is a gross misrepresentation of...
Read moreUpdate 2/13/21 I changed my rating from a two star up to a five star after the restaurant was willing to correct the order on out next visit. The food was spot on. This time the smoothies actually tasted like they were suppose too. For sure, last time there must of been a mixing issue as they all three had no taste. This time they were good. Jin28 is now are go to place.
My family ordered orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken and Lo mein. That was fine and I would order again. Portions of white rice were a little small, but now I know and will just order more next time.
We also ordered 3 smoothies. Each smoothie taste like an ICE smoothie with very little flavor. Two of the three were just thrown away. We get these types of smoothies a lot at different places, so thought we would give this place a try. Called the restaurant up afterwards to see if it could be possibly a new employee or new ingredients for the poor outcome. The guy that answered the phone was no help and said this is the first time someone has said anything bad about the smoothies. I hope that anyone else that believes these taste fine takes an opportunity to try one somewhere else to compare. I surely won't be buying anymore from here again.
The smoothie on the left is suppose to be Strawberry banana. The other is suppose to be...
