So it turns out this sit down restaurant has a place where you can pull you car around to a window and you can order your food and they will hand you your food. Well that is the theory anyways. The last time I went to this establishment I ordered a children's meal, a cheeseburger (plain), 2 Chicken sandwiches, and a Large Fry. I waited maybe 9 minuets for me food. It was 8 0'clock at night so you would think they would have food already ready to go but I guess not. After waiting 9 or so minutes in the parking spot I received my food and I was on my way. Shortly after departing this local gem I reached into my bags of food to find something tasty to eat when I realized it seemed as if something was missing. Turns out the Plain Cheeseburger was missing.
I turned around and went back to the drive through area of this restaurant and the boy who looked like he was no more than 15 year old didn't understand my complaint when I said that I was missing my plain cheeseburger. He asked me to pull up to window # 2 and tell them there. Well there was nobody there. So I parked my car and went inside to this local restaurant that i heard so much about. It was kind of messy so that was unpleasent. Also the signs that stated the food and what was available were not straight and looked very boring with just a white background. However, I waited in line to talk to the cashier and when it was my turn I explained my situation. He acknowledged my concern and told me they would make a new one for me. So I waited. I watched as 3 employees were talking next the french fry station. I watched as 1 employee lady was making at least 9 ice cream cones for a car that also was trying out the drive by window option. And I watched as the cashier was making 2 coffees for the gentleman that order before me. Read moreNow let’s start off saying. This is my neighborhood/next door Mc Donald’s. I dislike how the service is that it makes me feel like maybe it’s not safe going back. I’m more upset than happy from this establishment. I order on the mobile app ALL the time. If anyone should know the establishment should know, there is only so much you can modify on site. I like to make my drinks and food the way I like to eat or drink my things. Rather that means I pay more or not. Now these employees will make someone feel like you’re going to their house ordering something and want to argue with you that you need to pay for extra things on line when you order. Now why would I have to tell a Mc Donald’s employee their own policies for what you can and cannot do on the app. I have even went to the 1st window to offer to pay for my extra whatever it maybe for. Then the things I pay extra for they don’t give you.!! I have bought this to several managers attention and it never seems to work. It maybe that they can’t keep same management for long. What does that tell us customers??🤔 Now I say this cause I went through this situation this morning and this young lady took it upon her Self to make me pay for sauce before she would give it to me. One I’m in a hurry to get to work and for her to have a completely nasty attitude for .30 cents. I explained to her I don’t mind paying, but there’s a right way to talk to people. Read moreEvery time I come to this location whether drive thru or walk in this afternoon crew wasn't in no hurry to wait on customers I came indoors. Waited at the counter first in line and waited until the cashier was done having a conversation with a customer. There was no reason why i should had been standing there so long. I was the only one in line while waiting I observed a employee eating on the floor with her hands in view with manager standing right there. Nothing was said. What ever happened to training employees? You raised your prices but service lowered. Come on. No wonder nobody wants to eat there. Furthermore I requested a special qtr pounder w/cheese with no pickles the employee in the back took one that was already made and just simply took the pickle off of it and threw it back on the sandwich.
