This particular Culver's offers solid quality for an even better price. Went here with a couple of friends and it was all old people and little kids. The staff seemed to not like working here. When ordering the spicy chicken sandwich, you specifically have to ask for mayo and pickles, something that should be guaranteed when ordering a chicken sandwich. Alas, the chicken is pretty good, and a free small bowl of custard is occasionally offered. There are many rewards and things for both children and adults to participate in. 7 years ago I witnessed a kid who looked to be about 8 years old poop his pants in the booth. Even typing this out I can remember the foul stench of that poor patty which somehow made its way through this kids intestinal tract in under 10 minutes. I assume it was the custard that lubricated his tubes in order for the digested(?) food to be shot out of his hole and splatter, coating his pants and staining the booth cushion. Sometimes ordering from here takes a while when pulling through the drive through. Their food seems to not sponge up all the oil use din cooking like some other places do, making this a somewhat healthy alternative to Popeyes or something like that. I also witnessed a young adolescent attempting to put water in his pocket in the bathroom from the sink. Buddy was probably sky high in a Culver's when I was just trying to...
Read moreHad before left a five star rating many years ago, unfortunately now down to one. Twice already, I had my burger not be fully cooked all of the way. The meat was still red on the double deluxe. The first time I complained, I got my meal replaced, and this second time, I didn't even bother. I threw my burger away after looking at the burger. Yes, I heard of meats being cooked medium well, etc, and people are fine, but I have to have meals fully cooked, unfortunately, for reasons. There are so many options for food around us, I'm going to stop going to culvers. I gave them another chance as figured hey, maybe they look into why their burgers aren't fully cooked, but apparently not. Also, their fries and cheese curds were so incredibly salty. I'm not sure what happened. I really hate to say it, but culvers ain't the same of what it used to be. I loved what the restaurant was, not what it is now. This was my favorite location. Just not at the moment anymore. I lost confidence in the brand as I have to check to see if things are cooked well. Why should I have to do that? This is what happens when you stop trusting the brand. You check for quality problems in their prepared food. Hope they read this and look into their issues at...
Read moreStho after several quite satisfactory experience at this particular Culver, I will finally give my review. The first thing is that it have a weird parking lot. You has to go around the whole place for your drive thru and there is a one way closest to the restaurant. You'll see what I means when you gets there. Second of all, the staff is eXtremely helpful and friendly. One of the guys even said that it was his "pleasure" to serve me. I says to myself, "What, is this Chick-Fil-A?" But serious, my dawg Robert is the best Cashier to get. Very friendly.
As you expect, Culver burgers are always on point. I ate two in the same sitting once cuz my boo thang got brought me lunch at work and had a BOGO coupon. I almost died from gratitude and from the grease clogging my arterial canals.
The only bad thing I can says is the custard. They don't put enough candy in them McFlurries! Like, I am a reasonable man, I know they is not trying to go bankrupt on candy. But can we get a few more pieces? Need to hire some Keebler Elves or...
