I’ve been going to this location for the past 3 years. I usually get food from them about twice a week. Before today, I have had nothing but great things to say about this location.
To the lady at the drive through window, you should lose your job! 1st off in the restaurant industry, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAY RIGHT! So for you to RUDELY accuse me of not placing an order in the drive through line because none of the other employees could find my order was an extremely poor word choice on your behalf. After you hand me a bag with what i thought was my order I politely tell you that I had a bottle of water in my order and you again RUDELY respond and ask me what my order was for now the 2nd time and then demand that I give you back everything you just gave me AFTER you just charged my card!!!! So now i have a charge on my account for an order i never placed or received! So as I proceed to tell you my order for now the 3rd time thinking that it would finally be correct and I can be on my way... YOU GIVE ME THE WRONG ORDER AGAIN!!!! So I decided to walk in to the building with both bags AND the final receipt to get everything fixed. As wait in line to talk to someone behind the counter to finally get everything correct, don’t you proceed to make your way to the front and greet me! Lucky me right? As I explain that my order is STILL wrong you respond RUDELY AGAIN but this time it’s in front of other customers! As you try to argue with me about my order again, the gentleman behind me makes the comment to you “damn lady she already told you her order 2x just listen!” As I apologize to the other customers behind me for holding up the line you rudely come back to the counter and slam my bag of food down.hey look at that, it’s FINALLY CORRECT!

Read moreGood evening, to put it short I don’t even know where to begin, Wendy’s is an establishment i’ve been going to for years as i enjoy the food and it’s quite conveniently priced and tasty. But this really tops it off and quite frankly turned my whole perception of the chain around. I recently visited the Wendy’s at this location and was disappointed with the service provided by one of the cashiers. Upon approaching my cashier, who’s name was Justin, I greeted them with a smile and attempted to engage in polite conversation, but they seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence, ontop of that he reeked of weed. Throughout the transaction, the cashier appeared impatient and seemed to rush through the process without providing proper attention to my order. They made several mistakes while taking my order, which resulted in confusion and delayed the payment process. Moreover, when I asked a question about an item on the menu , the cashier responded curtly and seemed irritated by my inquiry. Their lack of professionalism and unfriendly demeanor made the entire experience unpleasant. I believe that customer service is a crucial aspect of any fast food establishment, and it was disappointing to encounter such apathetic behavior from a cashier. I hope that Wendys takes steps to improve the training and customer service standards for their staff to ensure that all customers receive a positive and welcoming experience during their visits. Read moreNever will I ever go to this Wendys again...order food for the family got the food home and was missing part of my order so I left the food with my family while I went back to the restaurant to get the remainder of my order...I figured my kids could eat and I would eat when I got back. Got to the window and Miss Cassandra asked to see the receipt and then asked for the bag I went on to explain that I left the food home with my family and she said sorry I can't give you anything without your bag. If I was going to pull a fast one on Wendy's it sure wouldn't be over a double stack and 2 orders of nuggets. So since she said she couldn't help me I went on to ask for a manager and she said she was the manager I asked for the number to home office and she said she didn't know it. So you're a manager and don't know home office number but I'm welcome to file a complaint. This isn't the first time I've missed food from my order from this Wendy's but I gave them the benefit of the doubt considering I had a really big order the last time.
