Bambú Burger — Restaurant in Carolina

If I could give negative stars I would. I have never had an experience like this. I am tourist in PR, we ordered food over $100 and left a hefty tip. Get back to the hotel, 7 mins away. Broke down the food and realized my order was missing(mistakes happen). Called the place to let them know my food was missing. They responded, “Sorry we are closing.” Y’all are not closed yet though, because y’all answered the phone and y’all was taking orders when we left. Then they say we didn’t charge you but we looking for the ticket. My bill was well over a hundred dollars, how you going to say you didn’t charge me but you can’t find the ticket?! The order was place on one ticket not multiple. I caught an Uber there, everything is in the area is closed and you telling me “oh well we closing.” As an Army Vet, I’m use to taking stuff on the chin but this was totally disrespectful! My family and I stopped here for dinner while on vacation in Puerto Rico. Service was somewhat slow but we didn’t care much since we weren’t in a rush. My husband and I ordered the Special burger. When it came out, I cut mine in half since it was so big to find that the burger was completely raw on the inside. I asked the waitress to please take it back because it’s raw and ordered the angus burger instead. It took 20 minutes for the food to come out again. By then, my husband and kids had already finished their food so I had to rush to finish eating. The waitress apologized for the inconvenience of the raw burger but that was it. Also, if you go at night be prepared to listen to music blasting as there is some type of club or bar right...

Man, I popped over to this place because it looks good and has good reviews. Came in with my wife (a local), and the staff was friendly. I ordered a super burger with fries. The fries were good, but my wife, who had eaten previously, wasn't feeling too hot, so I packed up the burger to go and paid. Got back to our Airbnb and tried the burger.. what a let down. The texture of the meat was nice but it was really off in flavor. Not just the meat but everything in the sandwich except the bread just tasted really bad. Hungry, I had a few more bites while describing it to my wife, who promptly told me to stop eating it and just through it out. So there's that. Perhaps I'll try a different location but I'll never trust...
