I dont like to leave bad reviews but this is one I had to leave. The panderia was gorgeously decorated inside and seemed like it'd be a good place, we were so excited to try it. We are native to the island and the woman who served us was extremely rude. We ordered some bread, coffee, and a very small amount of desserts. We were very patient with the wait and kind to the owner. While ordering, she was impatient and short and ignored some of what we were asking and kept walking away mid order. This behavior was frustrating as a customer, especially at a place that is suppose to be a warm and welcoming Christian panederia. We stopped at a table to put sugar in our coffee before heading out. I went to put sugar in my coffee and when I got my cup it had a break in the styrofoam that I did not see, so when I closed the lid, the entire cup broke spilling coffee everywhere, which okay this happens, no big deal right? I sincerely apologized for the mess and the owner saw. She only gave me two napkins to soak up the coffee and when my mom asked for more, she only gave us two more. She also did not offer to give us another coffee to replace the broken cup so my parents shared their coffee with me. The coffee was all over the table and made a puddle on the floor, I was so embarrassed. We ended up sitting down to eat the bread and desserts. To top off the experience, my mom's dessert had mold on it which we showed the owner and she gave us a refund for my mom's dessert but was still very rude about it. My mom didn't make a scene, she very quietly and politely approached and showed her the problem after the line went down, but she still had the largest attitude with us.
All in all, the coffee was good despite the spill and bread tasted alright. I liked the sugar donut alot.
We probably won't be coming back here unfortunately just because of...
Read moreStarting off with the sandwiches were good. However, the woman at the counter that took our order didn’t take our order right. We got some of our bacon eggs n cheese without the eggs and took it upon themselves to put ham on them. We like ham but we didn’t order it. Another sandwich only had bacon n cheese while missing the eggs. Mistakes happen, no biggie. But what upsets me is she was distracted with a woman talking to her and also on her phone while taking our order. Also she didn’t apologize n made it seem like it was our fault n what mattered was on the receipt, although she repeated the order to me when I placed the order. I will never come back here and will tell people not to....
