We stopped by to grab some takeout while out sightseeing. Food was good. We wanted a pizza but the wait was about an hour. It appeared everyone in the local area decided to have pizza on Saturday night. Plan B. We ordered a Chicken Parm Sub and an order of mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were the battered kind and were cooked perfectly. Crunchy, gooey cheese and hot. Warm marinara sauce as a dipping sauce. I think the order included like 10 of them for $6.50. The chicken parm sub was good. Breaded chicken that was juicy and hot, melted cheese and a flavorful marinara sauce. The toasted roll had good flavor. Nice and crispy too. The homemade thick cut chips included with the sub were good. Total for our order sub and side was $20-21 with taxes. Service was fast and friendly. I think we waited about 15-20 on a busy Saturday at around 1800. We will stop in again for another meal when passing by and/or camping in the area.

Twin Mountain is an out-of-the-way rural New England destination; so a large pizza with extra cheese with three toppings is going to be pricy. Still, a $26 pizza still has to taste great; mine didn't. Mind you, they start with freshly made dough. So how did it turn out with the texture of a dry cracker? In fact, the outer crust was so hard it wasn't edible. The problem, I think, seemed like the cooking times were too long, which baked the cheese to a rubbery texture, leaving the overall taste heavy-oily and overly salty. A good frozen pizza would have done the job at half the price so ... if you're hungry for good pizza, I'd suggest making the 20-minute drive to Littleton.

What should have been a good dinner, turned into a greasy mess and no sauce. Instead of just telling us they were out of sauce(they knew) they took my order and made the pizza with a lot of cheese . That made it super greasy. When I asked about it, they said yeah, they ran out of sauce… why take the order , why waste everyone’s time ? I get it,you got busy and under orderrd your supplies. But why sell something that’s not right. They did give me my money back when questioned

Food was good, but took an hour and a half. My complaint would be to the girl at front taking orders. I informed her of my child’s food allergy, and she acted like she didn’t hear me, or care. I had to tell her 3 times, and also ask her to please put a note on the order. She was kind of snotty to me and said “yea…ummmm…I’ll let them know at some point” like I was inconveniencing her. PLEASE take food allergies more seriously!!! My child’s allergies are life threatening, and I’m telling you because it’s serious, not to make more work for you. It’s really not that hard to just put a note on something; it’s a difference of life and death for some people. So be more respectful!! She also told us not to come in after 7 again. We just got off the cog railway, so we didn’t have a choice. We felt like we were an unwanted nuisance; even though we spent $75 on pizza and were more than understanding about the wait time. She snapped at and belittled the other girl working that she was “training” when she tried to give my daughter her fries that were part of the order. It wasn’t just us, I saw her snap at many people while we were there. Who is this girl to give paying customers such a hard time? Don’t work the front if you can’t handle it when things get busy!! Don’t forget, without customers, you wouldn’t have a job, so please be kind! Especially when people are being kind to you. Or maybe just skip out on working with the public all together, because you have a bad attitude. BUT she is the only complaint I have. Food was good, prices were fair. And as far as the wait time, it was expected because it really...

Went to Celli’s for lunch today with my boyfriend. Got two subs and two drinks that came to a little over $30 which is a little ridiculous especially for the quality of the food that we were served. When we walked in, the place was pretty empty but started to get busy after we sat down. We waited about 30 mins and my boyfriend went to see what was going on with our food after everyone around us (who all arrived after we had ordered and sat down) had already received their food. Got our food 5-10 mins after he had gone and asked and was so disappointed with what we received. Boyfriends steak and cheese was just “ok” definitely not worth the price or the wait. My Italian sub had one thin piece of salami on it and was drenched in vinegar making it almost inedible. Plus the bread on both subs was dry and not very good. Chips had zero flavor. The only good thing was the pickle served on the side. Do not waste your time or your money here. You’d get better food and service from a McDonald’s...
