I walked in knowing what I wanted so I went right up to the counter and the 3 kids in there stared back at me like I was in clown makeup finally the oldest came up and got my order and that went alright other than the fact he forgot to click the button to send the signal to the card reader to actually read my card which whatever kinda rookie move but it happens. Now the reason I left one star is because the guy making the sandwiches put the smallest amount of mayo you could imagine on the bread, you could hardly see it let alone taste it. I’ve always said it’s the bread and mayo that makes these sandwiches and when you lack on that your left with a normal roast beef and cheese sandwich anyone came make at home. 04/27/2018...We made our very first visit to Jimmy Johns. Only customer there during our dine in experience. The bread was cold, hard, crunchy, and hard to bite into. Hardly any ingredients on it to call it a sandwich. The chips were suppose to be original, and salty. Only thing we got from eating these was crunchy. Not salty at all! The fountain pop was flat. Hadn’t been calibrated, or maintained for an enjoyable drink. For the price we paid here we could have gotten a better sandwich with Caseys sub-line, or we could have just gone further down the road to Subway for a respectable sandwich with choices. Why would I tip? It cost fifteen dollars for a slim 2 and club. No napkins no extras and after ten fat purchases still no rewards. Jimmie John’s is the next Subway disaster coming to a town near you.

Update: Not only does this review get zero feedback from this location, I literally just called corporate about this store several days ago. The turn over has increased the poor service here. Today I got handed three sandwiches without a bag, without napkins, and without Jimmy John’s promise. Corporate doesn’t care about these issues nor does management.
