Food is absolutely delicious! But,

1st time I ordered about a month ago the delivery said 30min. So I gave a call around the 45min mark. They assured me it was almost to me. Called again around the 1 hour mark & they assured me again. Finally at the 1.5 hour mark it showed up.

Now to today. I online ordered for deliver. Once again it was estimated to be 30min. Waited & called at the 45min mark & no answer. Called again at the 1hr mark & got an answer only to be told they were no deliveries today. What an absolute waste of time. Now we get to drive somewhere for dinner since we waited an hour+ to still receive no food.

It seems they're small/family ran & may be short staffed or something which is plenty understandable. I live like 10min from it & would've gladly driven up there to pick up because their food is delicious. But that only wouldve worked if their had even been an ounce of communication. I don't leave a poor review to harm their business or drive customers away. But in hopes that they will correct whatever need be so in the future people's time...

Liars and crooks! The website claims 15 dollar minimum order for delivery, plus 3 for delivery charge. A woman called me 10 minutes after placing my order claiming "It's 20 dollar minimum, you can order more egg roll. The new menu says 20." Skeptical, I went ahead and ordered more to meet the minimum, BUT I requested to have them give me a copy of this new menu as proof. The food arrives, and there's no menu, nothing. I called back exclaiming my issue and the woman had the audacity to say "I will text it to you. " No, not going to happen, I want a physical copy if it's new. She then went on to say if I'm not happy they'll take the food back, when I said I wanted my money back if they took it she said "No money back, we'll take the food. " And the delivery guy came BACK to my home knocking demanding the food back. I sent him away with the knowledge that if anybody from this business comes to my home again they'll be met with police. Don't order from these crooks. The food looked like garbage and smells of age; now that I can get to reviewing THAT part of...

WE NEVER GOT OUR FOOD! We decided to try this place tonight and placed a $70 order for delivery. Placed the order through their website which defaults to Uber. After going through 3-4 delivery drivers, the order was cancelled. When I called the restaurant, they said my order was picked up, and I had to call Qmenu, which is how the order was placed. Qmenu said that they would refund my order, but it would take up to 10 business days. If I wanted food, I had to place a second $70 order, as the restaurant was refusing to remake the order, even though I offered to pick it up myself. Very poor customer service, never got food, won’t be trying again. And...
