Worst experience and service ever. This isn't the first time that I was dissatisfied with this location. I ordered pizza before the store closed for delivery. The order was excepted and schedule to be delivered. I waited for the estimated time and nothing. I began to call and no one answered. I called for about 20 minutes still nothing then it was midnight. The phone line went dead and I excepted i was not going to get my order. The next day I began to call. The phone rang and no one answered. I called all day and still no answer. I even called to order a pizza and the representative on the phone tried and couldn't get anyone to answer. I then went to store and found it was not close just that they don't answer the phone. I explained about my order and was told I could have a discount20%. I also had a $10 credit from a previous error on thier part that was told to me to be on my account by the manager at the time. When I told the clerk she said thier was no credit. They didn't do anything to fix it. They didn't have an answer for why they don't answer. They didn't say why my order was not delivered except that the system canceled it but that is not what it said online. They also didn't have my $10 credit that was promised for previous mistake on thier part. Worse ever and I can see why...
Read moreOrdered a Pizza and they said it would be 30~45 minutes. 1 Hour later we called in looking for an update on progress. Their pizza delivery guy was out delivering multiple pizza and our pizza had been done for 20 minutes ago and that it was waiting for delivery driver to get back. So we said, we will come and pickup the pizza since they are short on delivery drivers but asked for them to remake the pizza they said okay and that it would be 20 minutes. I go into the store, it was busy my pizza was not ready yet but that's okay I was 5 minutes early and said I would wait, but they kept taking walk-ins without ever getting back to me or the other customers waiting with me, I got tired of waiting around after 20 minutes and left. So glad I did not prepay with a credit card. The service here has been disappointing for a while but this time they just could not handle it and the rush of customers drove them into complete chaos. Cashier kept asking if she could get the phone making the walk-ins wait even longer to make or pickup orders. Place was already overloaded and they think the smart play is to take on more customers before they can even take care of their current ones? Not good business, you wind up making both your customers angry instead of just making one...
Read moreHORRENDOUS! I ordered and paid online and the driver shows up after 45 minutes and asked me to pay cash. When I did not give him cash and told him I have always paid online he said he would call the store. He went to his car to call and came back and said my card was denied and I said no it wasn't I would have received a text message. He said that's your problem not mine. I said I will call the store and he said no one will answer and I am not waiting and he left. He did not give me the opportunity to call the store and see if something went wrong with my payment or check my bank account to see if the charge went through... Nor did anyone answer the phone when I called for over 15 minutes.! If my card was "declined" the order would not have went through nor would you have made the order and delivered it! Nor did your driver give me time to resolve the issue since he wasn't getting cash he left. No one not even corporate has returned...
