I ordered a pizza from store #5126 on today 09/11/23 at 3:39pm via the website. I arrive at Marco's no later than 4:05. When I arrived, there were two employees, one being the "manager". No waiting pizzas outside of mine and none being made or any customers. When the guy handed me the pizza, he said that he read the ticket wrong and gave me a side of pizza sauce. My order was for a medium cheese pizza with no pizza, add white sauce, pepperoni and parm cheese crust. Upon arriving home at 4:10. I began to eat "one" slice of pizza. I noticed it was very thin and dry, I inspected it and realized there was no sauce on the pizza. I called up to the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was put on a six minute hold, I hung up and called back up and asked if it would be better if I returned to the store, the employee informed me that the manager was busy and to hold on. When the manager came to the phone I informed him of the error with my pizza. He stated that he told me he messed up and thatâs why he gave me the pizza sauce, keep in mind I didnât want pizza sauce I asked for white sauce. I told him that I was unaware that was the mistake he was speaking of and asked if I could bring back my pizza for a refund. The manager then informed me that the pizza he made was immaculate and that he has never had any complaints regarding the amount of sauce he used and that he was sorry that I was not satisfied. I informed him that I always order the white sauce and I am 100% sure that there is no sauce on this pizza, that it was only meat bread and cheese. I again asked if I could bring the pizza up there for a refund. He told me that they did not do refunds and that there was nothing else he could do for me. I asked him if he could provide me the number for corporate and he proceeded to disconnect the call. I reached out to another Marcoâs pizza that is close in proximity and they informed me that âno refundsâ was not in their policy.    Read moreI ordered a pepperoni magnifico pizza tonight (from the 2201 Marsh Lane store) through the Marcos app with added mushrooms and green peppers over all. Shame on me for not checking the pizza when I picked it up, but when I got home the mushrooms and green peppers were only over half. I called back and asked to speak to the manager (sounded like âStone?â) and told him the error. I didnât even ask for compensation, was just letting him know his staff got the order wrong. He started out very polite, apologized, looked up the order, and offered me a $5 credit next time I ordered another pizza at their store. It wasnât necessary but I thanked him and that was that. But then he called me back a couple of minutes later, and said his staff said they had received a phone call âfrom a womanâ telling them on the pepperoni magnifico pizza with mushrooms and green peppers to only do the veggies on half the pizza. I laughed and said that had to have been meant for another order, because no one else knew I was ordering pizza from Marcos, or even what I was ordering. But he insisted a call had been placed by a woman on behalf of my order, and therefore was reducing my $5 credit to $1.57. So first of all, your staff is lying to you to avoid having to take responsibility for their error. Second, are you serious with reducing an already small credit you had offered for my inconvenience? And third, when I told him again there was no woman who called in on behalf of my order, and that his staff was mistaken, and that I might not bother to come back to his store to claim the credit, I didnât even get the chance to finish my sentence before he hung up on me. So Marcos corporate, maybe you donât care how your managers talk to your customers, but I can guarantee Iâll never place another order at that...
   Read moreI would give it 0 stars if that was an option I went there 8-11-23 I ordered my pizza and stone said it would be ready in 15 mins came back still wasnât ready so he rushed and made the pizza opened the box to show me and of course I looked good itâs pizza but when I tried to pick up a slice everything fell off it was way too much sauce and it was a disaster I called to try and fixed the problem the first guy said he couldnât do anything cause I left with the pizza but wasnât even 15 mins the Stone got on the phone and told me too bad I looked at the pizza I tried to tell him my problem he said too bad your stuck with it and hung up I called back to speak to a manager was told I couldnât right now and there was nothing they could do about the pizza. How can you treat a paying customer that way!! This is the worse service Iâve ever experienced and the pizza is so gross 𤎠I donât recommend anyone going there unless you stay to eat and maybe they will treat you better. They refused to give me any manager contact information and was really rude it makes no sense!! I hope this review reaches someone who cares about what type of pizza they serving and the customer service theyâre delivering!!
