Maria's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Carson City

Finally! So happy I stopped in here. First, I love Mexican food. I make my own tortillas, sauces, and experiment all this time. Today I decided to drop in and give Maria’s a try. I went simple…3 Asada Street tacos. These can be easy to mess up actually. Maria’s nailed it. The meat was perfectly cooked, fresh white onion and cilantro. Classic! The red sauce/salsa that accompanied the dish was amazing. Super flavor and the heat was just right. Next, the service—It’s as though they were happy I was here….a lost art. The other patrons were hispanic…always a good sign. Very pleased with the experience…will definitely be coming back....

Maria's Mexican Restaurant is a hidden gem in Carson City. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is top-notch. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they made us feel like family when we were there. We went to Maria's on the day my wife's mother passed away. We were feeling really down, but the owners immediately made us feel better. They listened to our story and offered their condolences. They even paid for our meal. We would definitely recommend Maria's Mexican Restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and a warm welcome. It's our new favorite restaurant in...

tnot sure what happened here, Maria's used to be good but today as TERRIBLE service, ALMOST 2 HOURS TO GET LUNCH, A LUKEWARM Maria's burritos with NO flavor...the waitress never acknowledged the wait and we actually had to ask for to go boxes before it was served as we were on a lunch break... this is my second visit and most definitely the last. Also we were charged dinner prices although we clearly ordered from the lunch menu...what a sham....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME...
