Some days it's kind of hidden is today I ordered some food and for condiments I asked for Frank's Red Hot sauce would I ended up with is 10 packets of hot taco sauce. I'm not sure how Frank's Red Hot sauce translated into taco sauce but go figure and I only wanted the Frank's Red Hot so I was for the three-piece crispy chicken strips and that was it I don't think I need 10 packets of hot taco sauce which is completely different condiment altogether. I know it may not be like a big deal but where I come from it's a small things that count. I asked for also for my coffee Three sugars one creamer instead I ended up with three creamers and no sugar at least I was able to be alert and aware enough to actually have that part corrected.LoL... so I guess the main takeaway till this whole thing is when it comes to fast food you win some you lose some...
This is an update to the previous post regarding my visit to the establishment of Jack in the box I visited Jack in the box in hopes that things would have improved unfortunately, My enthusiasm was very short-lived and I have now determined an ascertain that asking for condiments is not very advantageous rather it'll be better suited if I just bring my own for some crazy oddball reason when I specifically ask for ketchup I receive taco sauce and not sure what the deal is with that I've tasted both and they clearly have two different distinct tastes hence why they are two different packages with that being said of course it'll be very to receive your order as accurately and correctly as possible. I do understand that it is imperative that the customer must do everything in their power to make sure that the employee feels comfortable and make sure that the employee has a very nice copesthetically kosher work environment. So if I have made cause any sort of beguilement on the part of the employee I do sincerely apologize and I will make sure to do what I can to make the employees very happy for they have an extremely stressful work environment and I understand and I'm very empathetic you know to the working conditions that they are subject to and so I will make it my point to make sure that when I'm ordering products from the menu to make sure that it does not cause any inconvenience to the employee. Please accept this as my sincere apology.... Yours truly very concerned...

I won't be going back to this location. which is sad be use I know a lot of people that frequent this location that work at the...
Read moreEmployee manager stated she didn't care. She was very rude & very unfriendly because I didn't pull forward so she could send someone out to my car later to bring my food to me. I choose to stay at the drive thru window to wait for my food. Speed of service was very poor plus employee got my order wrong. The service was very poor and the lying manager shouldn't even have that job because as she stated out of her mouth she don't care & it shows in the very poor service. I have been to this restaurant many times before and have not came across these employees and have her better service but due to these employees on 3/26/18 around 1:00 p.m. I won't be going back to buy food but to complain to...
