Arby's — Restaurant in Cartersville

I will be calling corporate tomorrow. I sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes. I finally drove up in the lady told me look I normally don't work not sure if there's just a bunch of kids here. How can I help you? I said I'd like to get two shakes. She looks over and said sorry she's already took the machine apart it was 7:30! Why were the milkshake machine be done at 7:30 at night? This is just ridiculous. Where is the customer service at these days? People complain about being paid more but then you have no service whatsoever. What does it matter what shift you work why not make sure if you're at the drive-thru you're taking orders. The car behind me pulled around as well because apparently no one to help them. I mean if it's true that there's a bunch of kids there working I hate it for the woman but I mean she wasn't doing...

I have worked at fast food restaurants when I was younger. I’m not trying to nitpick. I’ve been at this restaurant three times in one month. First experience/staff was extremely rude. Like I was a bother. I work in the food business now and I know how to treat others with respect and dignity. With a smile and a hello. We all have bad days at work which I understand. I have had a bunch myself. But it seemed like I was being treated like garbage. My other two experiences with staff was outstanding. Friendly nice. Went out of their way to make me happy. I don’t ask for anything extra just the regular menu. Three times food was always cold. This is my first and only bad review of any place I have been at. Showed up around 10pm (an hour before they close) and was basically out of everything i tried to order. The employee wasn't shy of expressing how annoyed they were that I was there. The excuse for being out of so many items was due to them closing. Again, this is an HOUR before the closing hour posted on the door and online. I was given one bronco berry sauce and one marinara sauce, after asking for extra. I ordered 3 orders of cheese Stix and 3 orders of jalapeño bites. Overall experience was highly disappointing. And the poor guy behind me was refused service. He seemed a bit annoyed but didn't argue just asked for a cup of water instead and was again rudely refused. Seriously, that's just...
