The service is very poor. Staff doesn't seem to know what is going on when there is an issue with the website. Manager had order of pizza an hour late. This was after the initial order had been over 4 hours late. Getting through is almost impossible as I called eight times and on average had a weight of 30 plus minutes. I also had a call dropped. I don't know if there's some rule about calling the customer back, but I wasn't. I didn't know the status of my order from the very beginning and when speaking with the manager, was told that they were very busy and didn't have enough drivers. I would have appreciated someone calling me to let me know this. He said a new driver had just walked in and he would send a new order for me. Well that didn't happen for over an hour. He said it will be 20 to 30 minutes. I'm really fed up with this. This is NOT the first time this has happened--I will say there's never been a 4-hour wait, but there's so many issues between what's happening at the store and the website. I was told I would get an emergency pizza and checked my email for it when I logged on I didn't have that option. So I called the store and they said that they had nothing to do with that and could not handle it. What kind of nonsense is this. What kind of business practice is this. This year Domino's was estimated as a 14.9 + billion dollar industry. The website issues and the way orders are handled should be nearly perfect for a company this size and wealthy. And for all the free pizzas that have been offered to me, I have never used one. I have always paid out of pocket. For all the trouble I've had, Domino's would have to be giving me a pizza a week for a year. I'm not saying you have to, I'm just saying that I don't want to deal with this anymore. I've been more than accommodating and kind. But it seems to fall on deaf ears. Communication is the key, but apparently that doesn't...

Ordered pizza and wings online for pickup. When we got there, the server first brought the wrong order... then she said they had "torn our pizza" and they would cook another one... 5 minutes later... they brought out the pizza and wings... We live about 10 minutes from the store.,
When we got home, and opened the boxes, first think I noticed was that the wings did not look like in the picture/advertising.. They were not well cooked, and were slimy and soggy.. No taste at all. Not really edible.. The pizza was nasty, and had grease everywhere and was soggy as well. It There was more grease than sauce.... My guess was they rushed the pizza and it was not fully cooked, or had one sitting and just 'preped' it.. Meanwhile our order of wings just sat in nasty sauce, probably for at least 45 minutes...
Went back to the store where the server was, and I asked to speak to the manager... She (the manager) could not be bothered even acknowledging me, so i just said I wanted a refund. The server initially credited someone else s account and when I pointed that out she corrected it. AT NO TIME did the manager even attempt to acknowledge me or apologize.
In the end, this store and it's management should be evaluated by corporate and determine if they should even remain as a franchise. Nasty food and even worse customer service and poor management. The manager (whom I assume may also be the franchise owner) needs to find another career because this is obviously not a good career choice for her. Perhaps not being the boss of other people would be a good start...
The last time I ordered from Dominos was in 2015... I 'thought' that perhaps they have improved.. only to find out they have gotten much worse. Even Little Caesars Pizza cannot be...
Read moreWe ordered 2 pizzas for dinner tonight, a Wednesday, at 7:57. Come 8:45, we didn’t have any pizza, and when we tried to call the store to see what’s up, we sat on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. Finally, after 2 hours, our pizza arrived at 9:57. Thank goodness for this stores sake the ole “30 minutes or less or it’s free” thing from the early 2000s is no longer a thing. We order from this store at least a couple times a month, even on weekends, and have NEVER had to wait that long.
Editing to add 4 months later: After a few successful attempts of ordering and receiving our pizza within a decent amount of time, we decided to order again tonight. Well, we ordered at 7:25pm tonight, it’s currently 9:09pm and our pizza is still sitting at the store. Tried to call but “we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our phones, please hang up and call again.” Looks like I’m going to bed hungry because I can’t stay up all night waiting on my pizza to arrive. Again I’m going to add, this store is super lucky the 30 minutes or less isnt still a thing, or else y’all would have gone under already. We finally received our...
