I witnessed two managers, one younger black male and one older black female, at this location harass a small Hispanic family at the door's entrance. I spoke with one of the family members (a bilingual) after the incident and he said the female manager's behavior was unacceptable from the start and she had discriminated against them. As customers normally go inside to make their orders the female manager said, "you got a problem" only to the Spanish speaking customers and when they appear to be English speaking customers she said the dining room is closed and waved hello to them. The head manager standing at her side, however, never tried to stop, intervene, or calm down the female manager's behavior because I think she's the head manager's mother. I was able to get a contact number from the Hispanic family. It turns out one family member works for a Spanish community center and will consider a boycott of McDonald's discrimination towards this Spanish speaking community. Read moreI arrived in line at the outer drive thru speaker at 10:50 am. This location serves breakfast until 11:00 am. The cars in the first line were ordering breakfast and being served. Whoever was in charge of taking orders in my line denied breakfast to the lady in front of me after they had her wait for 3 minutes. When I pulled up, 2 more cars in the other line ordered breakfast without issue. They left me waiting until 11:00 at which point they changed the breakfast menu to lunch. After waiting 3 more minutes without being acknowledged I went inside, got the coffee my GF had wanted (after issues with payment at the self service kiosk) and left. Whoever was in charge of that line was rude, inconsiderate and should not be drawing a paycheck if they're not willing to do the job that many others are begging to find.
