Update:. I want to commend the young man Michael who waited on me yesterday for his exceptional customer service. I decided to treat myself to a pumpkin cream cold brew to celebrate my 65th birthday. I love this Starbucks, and the staff here, but Michael made the best pumpkin cream cold brew I've had yet. I was feeling a bit lonely on my birthday, and Michael made my day.

Usually, the workers are pretty quick and polite. But a few times they have gotten my order wrong or it was slightly changed. No problem. But I asked for a Iced Caramel Macchiato, when I got a hot macchiato.
