Little Pizza Heaven LLC — Restaurant in Caruthersville

Very disappointed. I 5-starred this 3 yrs ago but wouldn't at this point. Eating this food for over 20 yrs & worked there myself this is not Pizza Heaven. Called for an hr before ordering then took almost an hr to get it. I ordered a Lg Italian beef w/ the works(jalapenos, chz) & meat nachos. It cost me $15 & some change then chrged me almost $2 for using my debit card. I ended up with a Sm I.B with 1 thick slice of beef, pizza sauce & onions. No au jus or even the right size muchless the time waiting & sloppiness of the I.B. I called & was told there was nothing they could do. What?! So I paid $20 for nachos basically that I had to go buy chips for? Very Shocked!! I was happy to see it was going to continue but definately not this way!! Mike & Jean set the bar high for sure so maybe change it to what it is...not Little...

It's not the same as it used to be. Our drinks stayed empty. It took a long time to get the pizza out when there were only two tables with customers. The waitresses we're behind the counter on their phones when we up ourselves to ask for refills. The food was pretty good. Just disappointed in the service. Pizza heaven is not heavenly especially if cleanliness is close to godliness. No cooks were wearing gloves or washing hands. Seen them go from eating to making your food without gloves or sanitizing or even washing their hands.
