Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cary

I've been to this Dunkin location 3x since they opened. Not once have I had excellent service. The first time, my dad and I ordered iced coffees. There was more cream in the coffees than there was coffee. When we confirmed that it was the correct order, the employee seemed confused as to why we weren't sure. The next time I went through the drive thru. It took at least 3 different people to complete my order. Most recently, I went inside to order. I asked if they served bagels because there were none displayed nor on the menu. They said yes, they keep them in the back. I ordered an assorted dozen. I asked if they sold tubs of cream cheese and they said no, they would have to charge me for cream cheese for each bagel. There were 4 people working; one was taking orders for both inside and the drive thru while also filling orders. The other 3 were just filling orders. It took at least 5 minutes after placing my order (and not having had to wait in line to place my order) before the dozen bagels were handed to me. This location is a poor example of Dunkin’ Donuts from their coffee and food All the way down to the staff just left a location in Cary North Carolina service was refused to be given to us the supervisor who proceeded to run his mouth through the speaker refuse to come to the window and give us his name and information so we could file a complaint on him. All we know is his name is Kenny/kevin the supervisor. He nonstop ran his mouth at the drive-through once we were able to approach the window. He was nowhere. Insight was not even professional enough to come up and provide us with the proper information to give a complaint to corporate the lady that was working the window was also very rude after a few minutes. We finally got her to provide somewhat of information on who the gentleman was. There was about 15 cars waiting in line for a substantial amount of time. I've been using this location for 2 months now. I was very excited to have a dunkin' on my route to work, and my first few orders at this location were perfect but no longer.

I use the app to order and place the order when I'm 10-15 minutes away, but I've shown up before, and my order wasn't even started.

The wake-up wraps that I order used to be perfect but are now being given over cooked, which makes them a crumbled mess.

My coffee that I order is by far the most inconsistent thing I order. Based on who is working, my coffee could come out burnt or lacking sugar or cream. Today, they tried to hand me a black coffee, and were annoyed when I told them that wasn't what I ordered. The woman took the coffee, poured some out and added cream, spilled the coffee down the side, and handed me the mess.

Starbucks might cost more, but at least they are consistent...
