My friends and I have ate here before with no problems. We enjoy their food. However, today, my friend wanted to order dukbokki and she said that along with the order number associated with it. However, the girl at the cashier misheard her and charged her for something else. When we went to tell them that they gave us the wrong food, the cashier was willing to change our order but as she was reaching for our food tray, the owner lady who is usually at the front handing out the order was telling the cashier to tell us "No No No" as she was waving her hands at us. Then my friend asked "am I supposed to just keep what I didn't ordered then?" and the cashier then asked "is that okay?".... LIKE WHAT DO YOU MEAN?! WE SPENT MONEY HERE AND DIDN'T EVEN GET WHAT WE WANTED TO EAT. Also, the owner could have spoken to us directly instead of telling the cashier to tell us "No No" even though she was right there beside her. That was very bad customer service and we will not be going nor supporting their business. There is another restaurant that serves dukbokki in that food court and it looks like we will be going there...

I understand that shrimp is a somewhat expensive ingredient compared to like chicken, vegetables, etc. , but for 17 bucks and some change I would expect at least one full layer of food in my box. The taste was ok, but the batter to shrimp ratio was ridiculous. It was almost 70-80% batter. Unfortunately the best part of the whole meal was the white rice it came with LMFAO. Lady who took my order was very...
Read moreWe ordered Tangsuyuk, and the description clearly stated that it included vegetables. The menu photo also showed green vegetables. However, when we received our order, there were no vegetables at all—just an overwhelming amount of onions.
The battered chicken was another disappointment. Each piece was about 90% batter and only 10% actual chicken. I ended up returning almost the entire portion to the cashier and showed him the menu photo, pointing out that the dish was supposed to have vegetables. He simply said, “We gave you your order,” even though it looked completely different from the menu. 🤣🤣
For $20, Tangsuyuk was extremely overpriced. I wouldn’t even pay $8 for it.
I do not recommend this...
