I will never give La Farm another penny of my money. As other reviewers have said the quality of the food is failing and there is absolutely no customer service at the West Cary location. We had Croque Madames as dine in and the person that brought us our food absolutely REFUSED us utensils. I had asked upfront if we needed to get our own and was told they were by the door. The forks were out so when I saw the LA Farm server bringing our food I told her there were no forks. She told me to go into Whole Foods and get some. I was already on the complete other end of the complex. So I asked her if she could just refill the forks and she told me again to just walk down to WF and get them there. There are so many things wrong in that scenario I wouldn't even know where to begin. And yes I had to walk down to WF utensils so we could eat. Appalling. Also my husband and I ordered the same sandwich one with ham and one without. They do this every time, look how miniscule the non ham sandwich is compared to the other. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. That is not a $14 sandwich. It's not filling nor is there value for money. Needless to say my husband and I spent $40 on lunch and it was frustrating and unsatisfying. Never again. I Will never eat at LaFarm again and give them my business.

I just wanted to share my thoughts about La Farm, a café that used to be one of my absolute favorites. It was such a cozy spot, with friendly staff who always greeted you with a smile. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making you feel right at home every time you visited. But lately, things have changed, and honestly, it's been pretty disappointing. They've swapped out the entire staff, and with that, the cheerful vibe just seems to have vanished. The new employees don't have that same welcoming energy, which is such a bummer. I miss the friendly banter and the personal touch that made the place feel special! On top of that, the service has gotten painfully slow. I can't believe how long it takes to place an order now. It was never like this before! And if that wasn't enough, the refreshing lemon water that used to be available all the time has mysteriously disappeared. :(

This morning I tried to treat my 3 year old to a hot chocolate. I specifically asked for a “kids hot chocolate”. Other places like Starbucks make sure that the drink is a cooler temperature for kids. When I went to pick up my drink I asked the barista, “is this a kids hot chocolate?” She replied, “yes, the short cup.” I gave the cup to my son and he immediately spit out the drink. He was shaking in pain “too hot mommy”. I feel so bad for my son! When I went back to the barista to tell her what happened, she was nonchalant and simply shrugged her shoulders and said, “I didn’t know”. I was furious. I tried to complain with the management at Whole Foods but was told La Farm has their own management but they are not in today. Horrible!

My wife and I have been eating here for over 10 years. The quality of the food now is fair, the service is non existent, and the experience of eating here has shifted from fun to extremely uncomfortable and unenjoyable. At the register, I was directed to the specials sign and, after looking it over and deciding on an item, I was then told that they were out of it. OK. One ding. Then I ordered off the brunch menu and the manager had the nerve to charge me a higher price for my item that was clearly listed on their printed menu and, when I questioned this, she said that they had changed the price that day and must have forgotten to put up signage. Second ding. Then, upon having my food delivered to the table, I asked for ketchup and the server pointed to an area and said that it was over there. Third ding. The fourth ding was for my wife having to guard our seats from rude customers that were trying to take over our table as she sat there. Maybe this is an acceptable way to run a restaurant in France, but not in...

This was my first and probably only time eating here. I will say their bread is delicious but, the sandwich I received was something that I could buy at Panera. Nothing was freshly made- (Bacon / Egg/ Cheese) - My chocolate crinkle cookie was dry and overcooked (good flavor but, not a good texture) The employees there were extremely young & perhaps that is why they need more training or life experience- They came across unable to help very much with questions. Additionally, the online menu has a ton of things listed (SOUP for example) that you all do not sell. A "side of fruit" was 3 thin slices of an orange. My friend's Quiche Lorraine had almost no bacon and the piece she found at the bottom was very flimsy and undercooked. Finally, the fact that y'all sell a bottle of water made by Le Bleu for $2.89 when it can be purchased for .65 cents in the grocery store- is absolute madness. I wish you well but, if things don't improve based on your ratings people will...
