When a customer asks specifically for certain foods like a grilled chicken breast in a tortilla wrap, one of these employees from this store would have some nerve to put it into a hamburger bun instead of using a tortilla wrap to keep the toppings together. This happened to me during my 30-minute lunch break at 12:10 earlier this afternoon. I specifically ordered a grilled chicken in a tortilla wrap with onion petals, heavy honey mustard, golden bbq sauce, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced onions. I then had to wait for my number to get called, which was #468, so I could eat my lunch. But when my number was called, I unwrapped my food at the table and discovered that they used hamburger buns instead of tortilla wraps, which caused the whole sandwich to start falling apart. I don't know who works in that food prep section, but I wish they would do better following up on the customers by paying close attention to every detail as possible or else there will be some problems along the way. All I'm saying is if I order my chicken sandwich in a tortilla wrap as my choice of bread, please make sure that you have a tortilla wrap and learn how to use it in a manner that's fitting to the customer's request. Don't just try to use hamburger buns or any other type of bread that is contrary to his or her request without letting him or her know that you're out of tortilla wraps. So that way, you won't have to mess around and lose a...
Read more5 stars across the board for this Sheetz!! Convenience Ln in Cary. Best Sheetz ever! The employee, I think his name is Chris, is one of the best employees I’ve ever met. My car alerted me my tire pressure was low. I pulled in but kept receiving a error message on the air pump. I walked in with the 2 kids that were with me. I was talking to the kids about how their water bottles had gotten hot and I told them to go pick out some nice, cold new water bottles. Chris came out from the back with two cups of ice cold water (without me even asking) handed them to the kiddos and asked if there was anything else I needed. I told him about the air pump. He walked out and inspected it and helped me get air in my tires. Before he walked back in, he extended his hand and told me “pleasure to meet you sir” (I gave him a fist bump) I am so impressed with this guy....
Read moreNo mask, NO service. Simple premise, but no one enforces it. If people in line are not wearing masks, then don't ring them up! If someone enters the store with no mask while an employee is standing there, then say something to the customer! If it's during a pandemic, then do not swifter dust displayed food items and the floor stands with the same duster! If you're working the register, then a mask dangling over your mouth (not covering nose, or entire mouth) while talking to people, touching items, and moving around is not protection!
When some of these retailers eventually go out of business and many of the hourly employees have no wages, then look into the mirror. It's not just the virus, or the government, or Amazon, or our society... it's a lack of individual accountability. Do better, so you don't loose more customers like...
