Management: The management at this establishment was subpar. Managers were present on the floor but allowed their employees to behave unprofessionally while assisting customers.

Food: The food was absolutely disgusting. The meat was undercooked, with visible pink areas. This was especially disappointing as it was my first time trying this place. Additionally, I was overcharged and received five orders of fries instead of the one I ordered. The strawberry shortcake was a waste of money, poorly made as if it was destined for the trash.

Service: The service was deplorable. When I arrived to pick up my order, an employee ignored me to greet a coworker, then looked at me as if I was an inconvenience. Despite showing him the message confirming my order was ready, he unprofessionally spoke in his native tongue to another employee and walked away. A young girl then asked me for proof of my order, challenging me as if I had time to waste. Fortunately, a cook from the back intervened, confirmed my order, and handed me the food, showing a level of kindness and professionalism absent in the rest of the staff.

Overall: The establishment was not clean, and the majority of the employees were rude, with the notable exception of the helpful cook. The undercooked food was a potential health hazard for both me and my child. After a frustrating day with flight delays, I just needed a quick meal and had heard this place was decent. I went here earlier for the first time. I am not sure what I expected from a join inside a gas station, but what's portrayed on their menu is nothing like what they serve you. I ordered the bacon Philly cheese steak, it didn't taste all that great, and they basically jib you on the meat. They put one piece of bacon inside the whole sub. I also ordered the full cheesy bacon cheese curds. They charged me $8 for thus and gave me like 5 tater tots inside the plate (see picture). It also didn't taste all that great. They were definitely microwaved before serving it. The shake I ordered was good but it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered the brownie shake, and they basically just gave me a chocolate shake. I also ordered before 3 people that were behind me and they all got their food before me. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was such a disappointment. I am never coming back here. I just placed an order totaling almost $40, and I’m really disappointed with the experience. The fact that my burger bun was upside down both buns, no less is ridiculous and shouldn’t happen. How do you miss that? I ordered the Carolina Burger, and it tasted overwhelmingly like mustard with no chili at all. It looked as if half a bottle of mustard had been poured onto it.

On top of that, I ordered a large side of fries and received a small instead. When I went to ask about the missing chili, the staff looked at me like I was in the wrong when it clearly states that only one burger has chili on it which made the situation even more frustrating.
