Ordered through the app, which has been giving us issues with substitutions. We originally ordered for grab and go but the lobby was closed for unexplained reasons so we had to go through the drive thru. I ordered my typical families order of 2 build your own boxes and a veggie burrito for my daughter. One of these build your own boxes was a chalupa, a beefy 5 layer burrito, fiesta potatoes and a drink. This box is in my favorites and I order it every time. The beef in both the chalupa and beefy 5 layer are substituted for chicken, I cannot eat taco bell beef. It's been this way in my favorites since I downloaded the app months ago. The past 3 times I've ordered, the app changes these substitutions back to beef, even when I've double checked my checkout order. This time, it allowed the chalupa to be substituted for chicken, but changed the beefy 5 layer back to beef. When trying to explain the situation to who I would assume to be the manager, we showed her my favorites box that I clicked, explained that I had double checked to make sure everything was substituted in my cart since we had been having this issue with the app, and that every time we checkout, it changes items that have been substituted. This manager accused us of lying and that we had just created the favorites box and refused to even listen to the issue because it "wasn't what was on her screen". We were also missing our fiesta potatoes and they refused a remake of our incorrect item. We received our potatoes after this rude encounter. As I waited for my food (and waited) I started noticing people coming in and ordering food at the kiosk, getting their food, and then leaving. After 15 minutes standing there (by now after 1230) I was finally able to get someone’s attention and was told “just be patient…you see we busy”. And while yes, there orders coming in, I’m not sure what else staff would expect in during the lunch rush.
The entire time I stood there (25 minutes by the time they gave me my food at 1238) there was zero attention paid to any customers needs in the dining room. The girl running food was whispering names and then walking away so no one knew theirs was even ready. There was an old lady struggling to use the kiosk getting told to just figure it out, had to be helped by other customers.
All in all I had a 30 minute window into one of the worst run fast food establishments I’ve ever seen. Corporate needs to get in here and help these people. Definitely don’t come during lunch time and expect to leave with food within...

I know it's late and all, but that's no excuse for slacking. As a customer, I deserve good service at any given time during your hours of business. The person who took my order seemed interested in doing just enough to get a good survey. The other two acted like they didn't know how to say hello upon making eye contact. I intentionally didn't speak first just to see what they would do, and they ignored me. They were so bad that I had to wait until the cashier came out the bathroom to get a refill on my drink even though the guy who's supposed training to be a manager saw me standing at the counter and didn't address me. The only reason I came back to this location after being treated badly on a separate visit not long before the one I'm writing about now is because the day manager who I complained to over the phone attempted to make up for my previous bad experience by offering me coupons and ensuring me a better experience on my second visit.
