One word to describe my experiences at 7brew: REFRESHING. I admit I am one of those customers that never know what to order. My favorite employee there, a stunning girl with many visible tattoos, always suggests the perfect drink for me! She makes my drinks with lightning fast speed! A few times, she is the only person working the entire stand by herself. Her customer service is always on point! She is very eager to please and it shows how much she really does care about her customers. Her drinks are refreshing, but what I find even more refreshing is the open-mindedness of the 7brew corporation. They obviously hire people because of their personal skills and obviously do not judge a person's visual appearance. Ceanna, my favorite employee, is covered in ink. In my opinion, she is beautiful and unique... and very talented at her job. I believe 7brew is a company I can trust. Non-judgemental and accepting of all types of people. In todays world that is so REFRESHING. ❤️ Ceanna makes me feel welcome and comfortable everyday... I know I am a pain in the rear type customer because I have anxiety when ordering coffee. I appreciate Ceanna for being so understanding of my anxiety issues. I drive from the Eastside of town because she makes my experience beyond enjoyable. I had been searching for "My Coffee Place" for years... I FINALLY FOUND IT!!! Thank you, Ceanna... and thank you 7brew for hiring the best...
Read moreMy husband and I went to get coffee on our way to a gathering. We got there in plenty of time to get to where we were going early, but we waited in line for 30 minutes before getting our coffee, and the way the drive is you can’t get out of line once you’re in, so we were stuck there not able to leave. We have three very small children and it’s not ideal for us to sit in the car that long with them not moving. We ended up getting to where we were going way later than we anticipated, which I spent two days prepping for with our kids to get there early. One drive through coffee stop ruined my whole two days of prepping. We won’t make that mistake again. It wasn’t just the wait that was frustrating, one of the workers proceeded to talk about us behind our back to another worker when I tried to get their attention. She finally brings our order over and I asked why the wait was so long, she said they only have one machine. That’s something they should let vehicles know before blindly entering a line they can’t leave. A sign would’ve been nice, or a worker coming to let everyone know they would be in line for half an hour, something! It was very unprofessional to say the least. The coffee we got was mediocre, the service was disrespectful, and the wait was extremely long for having two lines.. not what people expect when they go to a drive through. It was an extremely frustrating...

Typically I've had a good experience at 7Brew. I made the mistake of going to the buy one get one power hour from 7-8. Yes it was busy but that doesn't mean you should lose the customer service. I wasn't sure what to order & asked to see the secret menu. They wouldn't let me see it & told me to just look at the syrups that were on the board and they could make what ever I wanted. I told them I didn't know what I wanted & would like to see the secret menu. They wanted to know what flavors I wanted, to which I replied I couldn't remember. So I was forced to continue to come up with flavors I thought were it. Then when I said the flavors, neither one of them asked if I would like it hot or iced. I didn't think about it because I was under the impression I was going to have a nice warm drink since it was 14 degrees outside.....NOPE! Wrong again, tall iced drinks & they were two different drinks. I thought I had ordered 2 odd the same thing. I started to say something before I drove away, but decided he totally blew me off while I was trying to order I didn't. I can tell you though I won't make the mistake of going back there during a special again. In fact, I will encourage everyone I know not to go during those times.
