Burger King — Restaurant in Casper

Went at 950 sat in the drive thru for a few minutes at the speaker the menu was light up and the drive thru windows were lit up . There was three cars outside parked where employee's park. After about 5 minutes of no one saying hello pull up to the window look in all the lights in kitchen on a and u can see to cups on the counter and no one in sight. Call from the drive thru as it's an hour before it's supposed to close. Finally someone answers ask if they are open the girl that answered said no she has to be to work in the morning. So I let her know that she should turn off the lights in the drive thru how is anyone supposedto know your closed. She then says all the lights are off in the dining she then argues as i repeat your drive thru looks open still, and as I am sitting there staring at a well lit kitchen and drive thru menu lit up behind me and the lights in the drive thru on that...

I just recently moved to this side of town and have visited this location twice now. The 1st time was about 3:30 in the afternoon I ordered a original chicken sandwich meal. I was asked to pull around because they needed to make the ocs so I did and waited a few minutes then it was brought out. Then I pulled to Sutherland's to eat it before I went shopping there. The fries were so hard and so was the bread. So today I thought I would give it another chance I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal and this time food was better but the same girl. She filled my drink way to full and it spilled all over me and my vehicle when she handed it to me. Then laughed about it. I had just cleaned my truck and was dressed for a job interview but she didn't care didn't offer a rag or anything to clean up with not...

The play area smelled like urine..it appeared dirty and I will guarantee that my child is going home to shower. My grandson's chicken fries were so over cooked they were hard all the way through, the rest of our food was cold. There were many people In the restaurant and everyone was complaining. I won't be back!!! The cooks were wiping their sweaty brows with their hands then wiping them on the back of their pants and cooking my food...I was disgusted !!! This restaurant needs a total overhaul...store top to bottom cleaning..firing ..rehiring..higher pay for higher...
