For some reason, this Starbucks just seems to have the LEAST friendly staff of any other location Iāve been to. No matter how far out of my way I go to be warm/smiley/bubbly hoping that it makes their day just a tad bit brighter and hopefully in return theyāre in a better mood next time I see them ā¦. I continue to fail miserably at lifting their spirits, it seems. My drink is almost always not full. This photo is a drink requested without ice, so that may be the reason for this cup being short but my drinks are almost always not full. First world problems, I tell ya. ;) Heaven forbid you politely and graciously tell them something in your order is incorrect!! You will get the hardest eye roll of your life and a very rude response. I try to just keep my mouth shut at this store so as not to upset them further. However, even when Iāve tried to sweetly correct them from accidentally charging me too LITTLE ā¦. Iāve inadvertently brought the scorn upon myselfā¦.. more than once! š³ :( Oh, and donāt even bother trying to get whipped cream on your coffee here. Apparently they donāt do that at this store. š¤·āāļø In general, I usually get kind and sweet service workers and itās an enjoyable experience, so itās unfortunate that this location seems to just be in a permanent funk. :( I will continue to try to lift...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI got there at 10:00am ordered 1 drink and waited 45 minutes before even asking how much longer, and when I went up and asked the girl at the register with pink hair rudely told me, āThey are clearly making a bunch of online orders and yours should be out shortly.ā So I went and sat back down for a while then got sick of waiting so I went to ask for a refund, while in line they called out my name after an hour of being there so I grabbed my drink and left only to see my venti cup is filled more than half way with ice and little to no liquid at all, Iām not usually a Karen but when Iām waiting an hour for 1 drink that I pay $10 dollars for Iām going a little more expectations than I normally would, not happy at all!! I really do like the Starbucks on 2nd...

Still Poorly staffed and managed. The mobile app was designed to make the process efficient for both consumer and staff. Seems like every time you order ahead of time it is never ready, this often delays the my mornings. Once Iām out of app $ I will again not give this location money until Iām dumb enough to come again. This entire review was written while waiting in the drive through line we are on minute 16 now and ordered it 35 minutes ago...
