Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Casper

The girl that was working wasn’t very friendly and did not follow directions of my order well (ie, asked for no whip and got whip anyway). She also wasn’t aware that this Scooter’s location is on the Visit Casper app and is apart of the Sips and Sweets experience where there’s a promo for $2 off any drink. She basically said “we went ahead and applied it for you, but we recommend you figure out what’s going on with that.” It’s hilarious that I got told I needed to figure out what’s going on with it, when she had no clue about it — all there is to do is hit the “check in” button and it goes off GPS (which is in the apps directions), so not sure what else I can do as a customer to coach someone else’s employee on that. I’m taking this as a training issue that management hasn’t coached on at all, but still it overall was a weird experience. Everyone is always so amazing every visit! I went on 3/9 on my way to a client meeting and decided to try something new. I have some allergies, and I always appreciate the baristas reviewing ingredients with me to make sure I can have it. They are also amazing at explaining the flavor profile. Maddie was fantastic at the window and is always such a kind soul! Haylie, Dakota, Kelly, and Evie are always amazing. They really know their drinks and snacks, and every experience has been phenomenal. I always appreciate that whoever makes my drink takes the time to make sure I like it before I drive off.
