Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Cave City

On 4-8-22 @ 5pm upon arrival there wasn't many people there. Part of my group order their food. Then my wife ordered our food and the computer didn't do as it is supposed to do and the assist. Manager couldn't didn't know how to fix that so we stand waiting for a long time as she act as she knew what she was doing when obviously she didn't. A lady that use to work there was in the dining area had to come fix what ever this Manager had done. Then they hand us our food (which was order after my other family which had not got there food) then another group of people that order before us still hadn't got there food ethier start questioning why as I open my food and it wasn't mine it was the lady that was questioning where their food was. We was there about a hour and that was the thing that happen the whole time. Noone knew who got what and they was taking food that was order by one to other people's table saying did you order this. THIS IS THE FILTHIEST BATHROOM I HAVE EVER SEEN and they keep it locked (it's outside) so it's honestly only customers using it and they are not very tidy of themselves as the manager assured me it wasn't in that condition at the opening of the day. Doubtful as it was disgusting. The lobby was busy and the cashier was brand new and several times reminded me how he "hates this place". It's hard to mess up ice cream but apparently it isnt that hard to mess up a simple order of 3 average things. An older man decided to cut the line to let the new cashier know his wife changed her mind and when the old guy got irritated about having to pay so much more for what she now wanted the new guy handled it with real tact which impressed me. Overall I'm glad I was just in town momentarily and not a resident of Cave City, Kentucky because if I were they would have some serious changes to make to get my patronage on a regular basis. I came in here this morning ordered a biscuit and gravy with my husband. He ordered the same sit down, started eating. There was a dark hair on top of my biscuit gravy. The guy at the register took it back. He was polite about it, but the cook came to the front and was basically running his mouth saying he don’t know how the hair got there. It couldn’t be his hair and it probably wasn’t his hair from the top of his head because he didn’t have any, but he had a beard and beard guard on, now I’m a manager and having for a long time and I know there’s a certain way they should handle this stuff and I was very polite about it. I could’ve made a fuss. Instead, he starts running his mouth to the front register lady that came back up.
