I would've marked excellent, solely on the cheap pricing we lucked into. The room is very quaint and small, but super cute. The furniture is minimalist, however very pretty, and in near perfect condition. The bathroom is very nice. Really cute, and inviting. The cleanliness here is near emaculant! Compared to say Knights Inn in Lebanon Tn. Wich is way more expensive, and it's disgusting in every way with a bug infestation! For example, even with my complaints.{ Most of btw are more ideas, and friendly advice for your sweet, cute, quaint, and amazingly clean / affordable " Bates Motel" feel }(Which I love... ) In only the best of ways here, Lol. Just the look of it. Fyi. The staff is very sweet, and totally normal. Lol. Continuing on, I'd rather deal with what we did, for the fact that it was so clean, bug free, cheap and cute. Furthermore, my unfortunate complaints are that some of the information online is false advertising. There aren't microwaves, or mini fridges in every room as stated. There was no lamp or a phone to contact the front desk. There was absolutely no wifi, for me to be able to connect to whatsoever at all, all night long. I tried every way I could to connect, with nothing at all happening, this was stated as well. There is not a chair at all to be able to use the cute desk provided. Nor, any type of cheap, stationary. Lastly, There was only one single bathing towel that was provided to fit an actual human sized body. I would've loved to have plenty of towels, at least. One simple cheap air freshener under the nice bathroom cabinet that is provided under the sink that has space for product. A couple of cheap smell good candles. A few modern abstract prints on the wall's, and in the bathroom would've been absolutely wonderful to look at while bathing. Also, calming and thought provoking as well if we could sit atf the desk to At the least the huge mirrors that are pictured in the room's online. Most, like I have said besides what was obviously online. Is just simple, but honestly important to possibly strive for. If nothing else, please at least have every guest as many towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and towel bath mats as they may need. One of each is unacceptable for myself, and my Fiance. I also have long hair, being female. Plenty of towels are always a very great thing to keep in stock continously clean, and prepared for more than one guest in each room. More than one of each should always be on hand. What If I would like to stay a few more night's at the end of each day? Your adorable little soaps, body wash and shampoo are all too cute, modern packaging, and smell so nice. I must sound ith these high class problems. ;) Please forgive me. Just fyi if there was a little conditioner in that line, and fragrance. I'd buy it. Conditioner works be amazing. I know it's probably more of a luxury item. Along with having mini tooth brushes, mini toothpastes, razor's etc... Cups, and and ice bucket along with a tea / coffee maker / coffee/ sugar/ nighttime tea's English breakfast tea's. Etc.. All of these, or even just a few here, and there whenever your company could afford to do anything extra along the way. Especially, actually having the wifi, mini microwaves/ mini refrigerators/ Plenty of towels/ and adding telephones to every room would be so much more appealing and actually doing what it's stated will be provided. It all would add so much more depth, the attraction to the room's would be unstoppable. Your will leave happier. They are just sweet little touches, too add to the beautiful place toy are already providing at such wonderful costs. I'm grateful I stayed here. The change was a very sweet welcome. The room was so darn cute. Even without my touches. I love red, and the elegant decor. Thank you for making a place so interesting to stay at and it be so clean, without any bug infestations to flip out about. I hope you'll think on my...
Read moreI have been at this motel for the past 4 weeks. A few days before Christmas my apartment complex burned down. I have 3 med-small dogs. At the time of our arrival the place was nice and friendly but as time went along I began to see why there was a low rating at this facility. The first thing was there was no chairs or a trash can or microwave in the room we requested these items and all we got was a tiny 1 gallon trash can and a very older model microwave that doesn't work properly. I was able to look past this. Then last week it was reported to us that there was a noise complaint which was not us but the two psycho methheads that were staying 2 doors down. Never did anyone apologize for the accusations. Each week we seen the price of the room increase. The front door is always locked and you have to ring doorbell in hopes that someone is there to answer. There was no wifi reception in the rooms and we were told that they got wifi boosters to assist but still there is no wifi signal currently at this moment there is a 12 year old guest sitting by the front office door in the Cold with his computer just to pick up wifi. And for the last 3 days there has not been any hot water something about changing the water heater. My fiance even got tired of the random cigarette butts in the grassy area that he requested a rake and too the liberty to rake the complex because we can't stand to live in filth. I frequently see one lady who works there that trys her best to assist with what she has to offer. But it too much for one individual to handle. I currently have no choice but to stay here because of my housing situation but as far as anyone who has a choice as to where to stay please reconsider. I am not a mean or vengeful person but I demand better treatment especially if I am paying $300-$350 per week for a simple place to stay after losing everything we own in...
Read moreDon't waste your time or energy. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot you could tell that this is definitely not a place for a family. My husband and I were looking to stay for the night because we were traveling and we seen that the prices were cheap. We never imagined the horror that would soon follow once we pulled into the parking lot. We could not get help from the front desk whatsoever we had to call the person in charge. When we called they said that the reservation we had made did not exist in their system and not only was the guy very rude and unprofessional but he also not only threatened my husband but he threatened me as well. And don't even get me started about the hotel itself it was very ran down, something that you would find in a horror movie. You can tell by looking at it that it was very unsanitary. If your looking for a safe place to stay for the night this is definitely not the place to be. There were very loud and rude individuals camped out outside of their motel rooms playing very loud music. So I ask you to reconsider before booking. My husband and I will no longer be using the Oyo app or staying in anything affiliated with oyo. This was the absolute worst hotel experience of our lives. Luckily enough we lost no money due to their lack of competence. My only regret is we did not read the reviews before we considered trying to stay there. Reading the reviews we can only hope that this place gets shut down before someone catches diseases or goes home with bed bugs. Good luck if you actually consider...
