I recommend the Pa’ Jajome (manchego cheese croquettes) and Pa’ Guavate (mini “alcapurrias”) for appetizers. The wagyu sliders were awesome and the nutella corn balls with ice cream was very good as dessert. The Pope and Flamboyan are tasty if straight whiskey is too strong for you. I do recommend that the establishment either provides a written check or show the order with costs digitally to diners (instead of calling out how much is owed to everyone on the table!) so it can be checked prior to paying. As far as Bar/grills go, I found this one to be quite charming. Whisky/Whiskey themed, which I like since it's my poison of choice. Their food is very, very good, their cocktails quite nice, but their rare Whisky/Whiskey selection is even yummier. Recently opened, the town plaza is quite nice too. Service is top notch too. Their bar tenders and waitresses are very attentive to us customers.
