Tsaocaa Boba Tea — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

Ordered waffle, chicken, strawberry boba and brown sugar boba. I will say the food is actually really good, I thought the waffles were a little under whelming but overall everything was very good. The service though? Do not order food unless you have an additional 45 mins to kill on top of the wait time they give you. I called ahead and placed an order and was told 15 mins. I arrive at the stores which has a nice trendy cute interior and was given my drinks but was told a little wait on the food. I waited, and waited… and waited… by the time I got food my ice was melted in my drinks. I almost made it to my car but then she runs out and says she gave me the wrong order. So I go back inside and wait and wait and wait. Finally got my food, which was super good but I definetly lost 45...

I was so impressed with Tsaocaa Boba Tea! They have order kiosks where you can select what you want, which was great! You can even select the amount of ice and sugar you want: from 100% to 0%. And what a selection! I tried the watermelon melon fruit tea with 70% sugar, the peach mojito (non alcohol) with 100% sugar, and an original waffle. The watermelon melon fruit tea had pieces of melon in it and was delicious! Loved the minty peach taste of the mojito. It was perfect! Very refreshing!! And the waffle was soft, sweet, and tasty!! The servers were very friendly and worked like a well organized group, keeping everything running smoothly. I will definitely be back and look forward to trying more of their amazing teas, as well as...

They're brand new and still getting set up, but I can already tell this place will be a hit! The boba menu is huge and the drinks I've has so far are so tasty...the watermelon slush was so refreshing with real fruit 🩷 I can't eat the food but it smells delicious, I wish I could. The kiosks make the ordering process streamlined and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a try! Even if you don't like boba, they have a lot of other yummy and refreshing things on their menu to try. My goal is to try them all 😃 (except the 1000mL super grand bubble tea with 5 toppings...😳 I can't do that one alone lol!)
