David's Cookies Headquarters — Restaurant in Cedar Grove

I've been a David's Cookies customer for many, many years...all the way back to the days of the artistically decorated cookie containers...before the current red and white ones. The chocolate chip cookies were my favorites. Several months ago, I told my daughter not to order anymore because the cookies no longer had the taste and texture that I enjoyed. In addition, several deliveries were 80% crumbs, because of the very thin cookies and the poor packaging. My daughter is very intuitive, because for my Christmas gift, she ordered the two pound box of chocolate chip minis. They arrived in a red cookie container with a pretty new picture on the lid. Also, professional, improved packaging protected the cookies with NO broken ones. Plus, the cookies are more tasteful with a thicker texture plus more chocolate chips! Received a horrible batch of Brownies from David's Cookies and the company doesn't stand behind their products. I wrote to better Business Bureau and they still don't stand behind their product. I rejected their response with this:

As I stated it was a gift and I do not want to hurt the person's feelings.

I do not want nothing from this company. For I will never purchase from them as long as I live and unfortunately will have to tell others about my unpleasant experience.

I would like to post a complaint on your site letting others know about the substandard items this company offers.

It's unfortunate this company does not care about their customers! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE PRODUCTS. I would NOT recommend. #davidscookies...

If you come late at night, around 10 to 12 am, you will have to wait until 6 am to get loaded. Don't expect there to be parking on the street when you get here at that time.

The backing situation would be a nightmare for a beginner. I had door 2 and it was medium difficulty because I didn't want to drive onto the curb in front of the spot. Still got it in blindside, but doors 7 and 8 look way harder.

The route: I took 23 all the way until I got to little falls road, then took a right on old bridge road. I didn't have to go under any sketchy bridges that way.

I won't be coming back because it's not worth the hassle, but it's not the worst I've seen. The workers...
